Dec. 21

–Unlawful possession of controlled substances and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 500 block of Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer. A 2006 red and white Honda CRF 450 motorcycle valued at $2,500 and two Siberian huskies valued at $1,600 were stolen.

–Domestic violence third degree harassment from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevalllo.

–Receiving stolen property from the 300 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5100 block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene.

–Harassing communications from Longmeadow MHP, Maylene.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

–Domestic violence investigation from the 200 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 100 block of Sydney Lane, Chelsea.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 2000 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville. A Smith and Wesson gun valued at $350 and an Uncle Mike’s black nylon holster valued at $30 was stolen.

 

Dec. 22

–Violation of a protection from abuse order and domestic violence/criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. A tire on a Ford F150 valued at $200 was damaged.

–Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/promoting prison contraband second degree and illegal possession of prescription drugs from Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

–Public intoxication from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 51, Sterrett.

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 51, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Civil dispute from the 5100 block of Hollow Log Lane, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 8000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville.

–Public intoxication from the 3000 block of Alabama 25, Wilton.

–Theft of property fourth degree from Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. A car battery valued at $100 was stolen.

–Fraudulent use of a debit card from unknown location.

–Theft of property from the 1000 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham. A pair of 1.5 carat diamond earrings valued at $6,100, a matching sapphire necklace and earrings valued at $1,200, miscellaneous earrings and bracelets valued at $2,000, a Macbook computer valued at $2,700, a Swarovski habitat scope with 30 mm tube valued at $2,600 and Swarovski binoculars valued at $2,200 were stolen.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville. Miscellaneous tools valued at $400 were stolen.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Stolen was a Vera Bradley blue and white pocketbook, an Alabama driver’s license, an Alabama nursing license and a Regions debit card.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of Grove Park Circle, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence harassment from the 600 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.

–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 337 at Brook Chase Drive, Chelsea.

–Identity theft from the 100 block of Brook Highland Cove, Birmingham. A Discover card valued at $1,764.99 was stolen.

–Identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 300 block of Maske Lane, Wilsonville. More than $19,000 in charges were made to Regions bank.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 5000 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham. A Dewalt 4000 PSI pressure washer valued at $800, a Grayco paint sprayer valued at $900 and miscellaneous power tools valued at $300 were stolen.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 600 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 3000 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

–Death investigation from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Sterrett.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 300 block of Camp Branch Circle, Saginaw.

An LG 4K Ultra TV valued at $2,000, a Playstation 4 valued at $500, a blue jewelry box with assorted cheap jewelry valued at $200, a Sony bluetooth speaker valued at $40 and an Everstart red jumpbox valued at $40 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident-dog bite from the 100 block of Edwards Lane, Wilsonville.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A 2002 Ford Explorer was damaged.

–Permitting dogs to run at large from the 5300 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 1900 block of Shelby County 46, Shelby.

–Property damage from the 20 block of South and West Drive, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Various items valued at $188.31 were stolen.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 4100 block of Shelby County 47 at the Exxon, Shelby.

–Theft of property from the 2200 block of Hearthwood Circle, Birmingham. A Homelite four cycle weed eater and battery powered starter valued at $250, a yellow gold diamond ring valued at $1,000, a yellow gold bracelet valued at $500 and a bottle of wild turkey valued at $40 were stolen.

–Burglary from the 3000 block of Adams Mill, Chelsea. $400 in damage was done to a fireplace.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 2200 block of Hearthwood Circle, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 200 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea. A concrete slab pre-lumber valued at $1,800 and two tapered columns valued at $475 were stolen.

–Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

–Harassment from Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo.

–Theft of property from the 1400 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A vehicle tag was stolen.

–Criminal trespass from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 at Budget Inn, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 100 block of Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene.

–Burglary from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton. Two Cam Newton jersey’s valued at $200, a white Tre Mason Auburn jersey valued at $100, a Ben Roethlisberger jersey valued at $100, all white Jordan sneakers valued at $100 and black and white Chuck Taylor shoes valued at $70 were stolen.
