–Theft of property first degree from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Criminal trespass second degree from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

–Assault from the 3300 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

–Domestic investigation from the 6300 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

–Driving under the influence of a combined substance from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.

–Missing person from the 2000 block of Shelby Forest Cove, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous information from Eddings Lane, Alabaster.

–Forgery third degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Burglary and criminal mischief from the 1700 block of Lee Branch Lane, Birmingham. A 42-inch Samsung TV valued at $400 was stolen and a rear window valued at $1,000 was damaged.

–Theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham. A 2003 Mercedes C240W was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 47, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of King’s Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest from Kent Dairy Road and Cox Road, Alabaster.

–Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Sheila Point, Shelby.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence from Kent Dairy Road and Cox Road, Alabaster.

–Identity theft from the 300 block of Talon Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Two exterior doors and frames valued at $1,000 were damaged.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Sheila Point, Shelby.

–Harassing communications from the 200 block of Sheila Point, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Regent Park Lane, Birmingham.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 4000 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. A highpoint model GCP Berria semiautomatic pistol valued at $200, a 50-inch RCA 4K smart TV valued at $350 and a 55-inch Samsung 4K smart TV valued at $900 were stolen.

–Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. An Emerson flat screen TV valued at $300, a Philips flat screen TV valued at $450, three paintings valued at $600 and an iPhone XS 64GB valued at $1,000 were damaged.

–Rape from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

–Burglary third degree and theft of property from the 2000 block of Shelby County 32, Columbiana. A Husqvarna model 455 chainsaw valued at $460, a Husqvarna model 230 chainsaw valued at $270, a tool box with assorted tools valued at $500, a Chicago electric impact wrench valued at $120 and assorted sockets for impact wrench valued at $100 were stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from Nolen Lane, Alabaster. A futon bed, 20 crystal figurines valued at $6,000 and miscellaneous power tools were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Sheila Point, Shelby.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Cliff Road, Sterrett.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from Rinehart Lane, Shelby.

–Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree and identity theft from the 5000 block of Applecross Road, Birmingham. An iPhone 5 valued at $500 was stolen.

 

Feb. 28

–Death investigation from the 100 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett.

–Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous information-suicide attempt from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. General merchandise totaling $120.30 was stolen.

–Menacing from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 43, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from Brook Highland Parkway at Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

–Possession of marijuana and resisting arrest from U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Criminal trespassing from U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby.

–Criminal mischief from Heritage Road, Shelby. A windshield valued at $500 was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Approximately $100,000 in gold coins were stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Various electronics valued at $1,197, Versace glasses valued at $450 and assorted Michael Kors purses valued at $400 were stolen.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Blacksmith Lane, Wilsonville or the 5000 block of U.S. 31, Calera.

–Domestic violence third degree/harassment from the 200 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

–Altering identification number on firearm from the 8000 block of Old U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Domestic violence third degree-assault from Monte Tierra Trail, Alabaster.

–Theft of property fourth degree and criminal mischief from the 2800 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. Two interior residential doors valued at $200 were stolen and three interior residential doors with attached trim and accessories valued at $250 were damaged.

–Burglary and domestic violence-harassing communications from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea. Cash totaling $580, a Marlin lever action .22 caliber rifle, a Roman era coin collection valued at $5,000, approximately 40 Zoloft tablets and approximately 20 Klonopin tables were stolen.

–Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

–Burglary third degree from the 100 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo.

 

March 2

–Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5200 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous information from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

–Theft of services fourth degree from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Food totaling $71.02 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Shelby County 57, Vincent. Two doors and frames valued at $300 were damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident-abandoned vehicle towed from Alabama 119 at U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 1200 block of Shelby County 97, Columbiana. A Remington model 870 pump action 20-gauge shotgun valued at $400 was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett. A men’s gold wedding band with a row of diamonds valued at $1,500, a woman’s oval pendant with diamonds, topaz and an emerald valued at $500 and a .22 caliber rifle valued at $300 were stolen.

–Domestic violence-harassment and domestic violence-criminal mischief second degree from the 1000 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. A white wedding dress valued at $1,500 was damaged.

–Death investigation from the 4000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana.

–Civil dispute from the 3000 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana.
