The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 19-26:

 

March 19

–Harassment from the 30th block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

–Theft of property from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. 15 grams of marijuana were stolen.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby.

–Domestic violence-strangulation and domestic violence-assault third degree from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby.

–Permitting dogs to run at large and harassment from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Epileptic seizure resulting in fall from the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana.

–Theft of property fourth degree and harassment from the 100 block of Mountain Crest Road, Chelsea. A pitbull was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 500 block of Sheffield Way, Birmingham.

–Violation of protection order from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Culloden Way, Birmingham.

–Property damage from the 9400 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A mailbox valued at $100 was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Alabama 119 at Cahaba Valley Cove, Birmingham. A 2010 Dodge Ram was damaged.

–Found property-weapon from Shelby County 251 near Slab Road, Pea Ridge. A Smith & Wesson SD 40 caliber pistol was recovered.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Theft of property from the 1000 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. A Cobra Woodlawn zero turn mower valued at $4,000, a Ryobi 3100 PSI pressure washer valued at $200 and a Murray push lawn mower valued at $150 were stolen.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 7100 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A Husqvarna weed eater valued at $300  was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 2000 block of Westover Road, Westover. A green/tan 1990 Ford Bronco was stolen.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 57000 block of Alabama 25, Leeds.

–Cruelty to a dog or cat from the 100 block of Shelby County 252, Montevallo.

 

March 20

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive, Montevallo.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 80th block of Emfinger Road, Montevallo. An orange 16-inch Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $350 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Eddings Lane, Montevallo.

–Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana.

–Harassing communications from the 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

–Identity theft from the 200 block of Bream Cove Road, Columbiana.

–Identity theft from the 100 block of Cole Drive, Chelsea.

–Theft of property by deception from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Seven Google Play cards valued at $3,200 were stolen.

–Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana. A kitchen stove valued at $200 and sheetrock valued at $100 was damaged.

–Theft of property from the 6500 block of Shelby County 86, Shelby. A Stihl chain saw valued at $800 and a black Husky tool box valued at $150 were stolen.

–Criminal mischief from Shelby County 303, Shelby. A Nissan Pathfinder suffered $300 to the windshield.

–Miscellaneous incident-civil dispute from L and M Trace, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Oak Meadows Place, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

March 21

–Harassment from the 80th block of Christy Drive, Shelby.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 400 block of Shelby County 9, Wilsonville. A set of keys valued at $10 and a backpack with unknown contents valued at $20 was stolen.

–Public intoxication from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 at the Marathon Station, Birmingham.

–Criminal mischief from the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana.

–Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-gunshot wound from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from Central Industrial Supply, Montevallo. A hydraulic and pneumatic pumps and valves valued at $7,100 was stolen.

–Theft of property fourth degree from U.S. 280, Chelsea. An iPhone 6S valued at $200 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Indian Trail, Birmingham.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280 at Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Harassing communications from the 6500 block of Quail Run Drive, Pelham.

–Harassment from the 300 block of Starboard Drive, Shelby.

–Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-harassment from Camelia Lane, Maylene.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo.

–Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Timberland Way, Vandiver. A green Honda 250 four track ATV valued at $2,000 was stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. $422 from a debit card and a wallet containing an Alabama driver’s license and gun permit were stolen.

–Theft of property from the 10th block of Morris Estates Drive, Columbiana. A .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol valued at $300 and a yard machine riding lawn mower valued at $200 were stolen.

 

March 22

–Domestic investigation from the 48000 block of Shelby County 25, Vandiver.

–Harassment from the 200 block of Chesser Way, Chelsea.

–Domestic investigation from Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.

–Duty to remain on scene of accident from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

–Assault from the 100 block of Beach Loop, Shelby.

–Harassment from the 300 block of Starboard Drive, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 145 at Shelby County 99, Shelby. The front bumper on a 2017 Toyota Corolla was damaged.

–Property damage from Alabama 25 at Shelby County 7.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2008 Ford Escape was damaged.

–Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 East and Shelby County 51, Westover.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the Circle K on Valleydale Road, Indian Springs. Two pizzas valued at $14.68 were stolen.

–Recovered property from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. An Apple watch was recovered.

–Trespassing on a school bus from Wesley Trace at Wesley Court, Birmingham.

–Criminal mischief from U.S. 280 Raceway, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence and civil dispute from the 5300 block of Meadowlark Lane, Birmingham. Miscellaneous tools including impact tools, Wagner power sprayer, a Dewalt miter saw and more valued at $25,000 were stolen.

–Domestic violence-assault and domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea.

–Possession of a forged instrument from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Identity theft from the 1200 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 8000 block of Shelby County 155, Montevallo.

–Identity theft from the 200 block of Cahaba Farms Drive, Indian Springs.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2000 block of Westover Road, Westover.

–Transmission of obscene material to a child from Hornet Parkway at Forest Oaks Elementary School.

–Domestic violence from Raceway on U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 3000 block of Indian Lake Drive, Pelham. Two Makita 18 volt drills, two Makita 18 volt battery chargers, two Makita 18 volt batteries, one Makita 18 volt skill saw and one Makita 18 volt sawzall were stolen.

–Violation of a protection from abuse order from Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from Panarama Point, Shelby.

–Theft of property and domestic investigation from the 400 block of Depot Street, Wilton.

–Domestic violence strangulation/suffocation from the 100 block of 2nd Avenue, Shelby.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

–Theft of lost property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. An Apple iPad 8 valued at $501 was stolen.

–Violation of a court order from the 500 block of Chelsea Cross Road, Chelsea.

–Property damage from I-65, Birmingham. A windshield for a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged.

–Missing person-juvenile from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

–Distribution of a private image from Brantleyville Court, Maylene.

–Miscellaneous incident from Alabama 119 at Southern Boulevard, Birmingham. A 2006 Nissan Altima was damaged.

–Criminal littering from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham.

–Possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Meadow Croft Lane, Birmingham.

–Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 near Essex Drive, Chelsea.

–Transmitting obscene material to a child from the 3000 block of Shelby County 5013, Montevallo.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicidal threats from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

–Financial exploitation of an elderly person from the 2100 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

–Theft of property from Grant Street, Wilton. A brown leather wallet containing a Regions bank card, social security card and more were stolen.

–Burglary from Serena Drive, Montevallo. A Samsung 50-inch smart TV valued at $500, a 43-inch smart TV valued at $300 and assorted jewelry were stolen.
