Amazingly, there only a few weeks remaining in the 2018-19 school year and once summer arrives, students in Shelby County Schools can still stay sharp on their mathematics, reading, computer and other learning skills thanks to several summer enrichment camps.

The Shelby County Schools Community Education Program is hosting a variety of specialty enrichment camps at different locations this summer throughout Shelby County.

The specialty enrichment camps are in addition to traditional full-day summer camps, which will be offered at Calera Intermediate, Chelsea Park Elementary, Forest Oaks Elementary, Helena Elementary, Helena Middle, Mt Laurel Elementary, Oak Mountain Elementary, Oak Mountain Intermediate and Oak Mountain Middle.

Fees vary dependent on the classes being offered.
