The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 16–26:

July 16

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Promoting prison contraband third degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident-recovery of stolen property from the 100 block of Rolling Hills Street, Sterrett. Recovered was a 2007 Bobcat T300.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett.

–Criminal mischief from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. Freon from air conditioner unit valued at $178 was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from Edgeland Road at Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

–Harassing communications from the 10000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

–Harassing communications from the 200 block of Shelby County 405, Shelby.

–Forgery and theft of property from the 200 block of Bream Cove Road, Columbiana. $7,500 was stolen out of a business account from a forged check.

–Theft of property from the 21000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett. A .38 caliber chrome revolver was stolen.

–Theft of services third degree from the 11000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. Power usage estimated at $1,500 was stolen.

–Assault from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Burglary from the 300 block of 4-H Road, Columbiana. A Husqvarna chainsaw, two Stihl chainsaws and a John Deere weed eater were stolen.

–Burglary from the 5700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An iPhone XR valued at $750, an iPhone eight plus valued at $850 and a backpack was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 109, Columbiana. U.S. currency in the amount of $800 was stolen.

–Community notification violation from the 1500 block of First Street, Alabaster.

July 17

–Theft from Dusty Way, Harpersville. Assorted men’s clothes and 47 suboxone strips were stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. Trees and bushes were spray painted orange and damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2400 block of Alabama 25, Wilton. A 2015 Ford Focus passenger door was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from Camelia Lane, Maylene.

–Theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Highway 201, Montevallo. Brass horse figurines valued at $2,000, collectible knives valued at $400, collectible swords valued at $60, a Samsung television valued at $100, a Sanyo VCR and DVD player valued at $65 and horse clippers valued at $600 were stolen.

–Theft of property from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A wireless headset valued at $1,000 was stolen.

–Interference with an emergency call from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

–Criminal trespassing from the 1000 block of River Road, Helena.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A USB cable valued at $5.48 and Apple ear pods valued at $26.88 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from McDow Road, Columbiana. A Kimber 9-milimeter pistol was recovered.

–Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Various articles of women’s clothing including two fur coats and various purses were stolen.

–Property damage from Alabama 25, Wilsonville.

–Forgery from the 200 block of Bream Cove Road, Columbiana.

–Theft of property from the 1000 block of River Road, Helena. A scraper blade valued at $750 was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A 2003 BMW 325i valued at $5,000 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 2400 block of Alabama 25, Wilton. A 2015 Ford Focus was damaged.

July 18

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sitton Circle, Sterrett.

–Structure fire from the 100 block of Mockingbird Glade, Columbiana.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A 9-milimeter Glock pistol in a leather pocket holster valued at $500 was stolen.

–Theft of property from County Road 260 and Landview Road. A 1,000-foot highline cable valued at $23,000 was stolen.

–Theft of property from a dirt road between County Road 260 and County Road 270. A John Deere dozer was stolen.

–Child abuse from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

–Indecent exposure from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene.

–DUI from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Burglary from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Burglary from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Cash valued at $2,100, an iPad valued at $200, an iPhone valued at $699, an Apple Watch valued at $299 and an iPhone X valued at $1,100 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of U.S. 280. Windows valued at $2,000 were damaged.

–Domestic violence-reckless endangerment from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

July 19

–Theft of property from the 3700 block of Shoals Court, Birmingham. A utility trailer valued at $8,000 was stolen.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 46, Shelby.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 200 block of Arbor Court, Chelsea. A Ruger 9-milimeter valued at $400, U.S. currency in the amount of $200 and prescription pills were stolen.

–Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Ford Drive, Columbiana.

–Harassing communications from the 1400 block of Highway 303, Shelby.

–Identity theft from the 3800 block of Highway 61, Columbiana.

–Identity theft from the 300 block of McGowan Road, Wilsonville.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5100 block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham. A Mastercard valued at $278.68 and a debit card valued at $133.64 was stolen.

July 20

–Property damage from the 500 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. The passenger door of a Shelby County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 4000 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

–Property damage from the 400 block of Hickory Hill, Shelby. A double-pane bedroom window was damaged.

–Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham. A windshield valued at $650 was damaged.

–Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of Highway 221, Montevallo.

–Civil dispute from the 2800 block of Bridlewood Trace, Helena.

–Found property from the 1700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster. A Sig Sauer 9-milimeter handgun was recovered.

–Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 200 block of Spearman Street, Wilsonville. A flat screen television valued at $600 and a bathroom mirror valued at $100 was damaged.

July 21

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Sheila Point, Shelby. A nail gun valued at $260 was stolen.

–Harassing communications from Port Drive, Shelby.

–Harassment from the 900 block of Masters Lane, Birmingham.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from Westover Road and U.S. 280, Harpersville. A 2008 Nissan Altima was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville.

–Fire investigation from the 500 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea. A two-story single occupancy dwelling was damaged.

July 22

–Miscellaneous incident from the 7000 block of Alabama 119, Birmingham.

–Harassing communications from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A Samsung mobile phone was recovered.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from Barbara Jones Drive, Alabaster.

–Theft of property from Church Drive, Montevallo. A lawnmower valued at $6,000, Stihl weed eaters valued at $800, Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $600 and Stihl chainsaws valued at $300 and $500, respectively, were stolen.

–Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A dump truck, Toyota Tundra, Chevy Silverados and office building were damaged.

–Assault from Shelina Lane, Shelby.

–Identity theft from the 100 block of Shore Front Lane, Wilsonville. $38,469.84 was stolen out of a bank account from forged checks.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of First Avenue, Shelby.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Park View Drive, Chelsea. A Lift Master garage door motor unit valued at $272 was stolen.

July 23

–Domestic violence-assault from Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic incident from the 4000 block of Highway 18, Montevallo.

–Fire investigation from the 100 block of Four J Road, Chelsea. A single-wide mobile home was damaged.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Brookhighland Curve, Birmingham. Livestock valued at $10,000 was stolen.

–Domestic violence from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 300 block of Wade Drive, Wilton.

–Criminal trespass from the 13000 block of Highway 73, Wilton.

–Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card, location unknown. A total of $18,000 was stolen from the card.

July 25

–Harassment from the 100 block of Summit Lane, Columbiana.

–Harassing communications from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Harassment from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

–Theft of property from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A refrigerator valued at $1,500, a stove valued at $1,000, light fixtures valued at $2,500, and door knobs and cabinet knobs valued at $700 were stolen; drywall, ceiling, floors, doors, showers and fencing valued at $25,000 were damaged.

–Domestic violence-menacing from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham.

–Violation of domestic violence protection order from the 600 block of Meriweather Drive, Calera.

–Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 block of Crossbrook Trail, Chelsea.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. General merchandise valued at $143.02 was stolen.

–Property damage from the 5100 block of Valleybrook Circle, Birmingham. A mailbox was damaged.

–Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby. A Yamaha motor valued at $10,500 was stolen.

–Missing person from the 3600 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

–Missing person from the 17000 block of Watermelon Road, Tuscaloosa.
