The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from June 24–30:

June 24

–Domestic violence-assault from the 9800 block of North Main Street, Wilsonville.

–Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Donaldson Road, Columbiana.

–Public intoxication from West Lane, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from Autry Drive, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from U.S. 231 at Shelby County 59, Vincent. A 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from U.S. 231 at Shelby County 59, Vincent. A 2013 BMW 328I was damaged.

–Contributing to the delinquency of a minor from the 200 block of Shelby County 201, Montevallo.

–Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

–Identity theft and theft of property from the 2800 block of Greystone Commercial Boulevard, Birmingham. $9,000 in U.S. currency was stolen.

–Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 21000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Lawley Drive, Maylene.

–Harassment from the 1900 block of Warrior Parkway, Alabaster.

June 25

–Obstructing justice using a false identity and resisting arrest from the 3000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

–Resisting arrest from the 500 block of Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo.

–Obstructing governmental operations from the 3000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A front door and door frame were damaged.

–Harassment from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Property damage from U.S. 31 at Nolen Lane, Saginaw. Four tires on a 2010 Mazda 3 were damaged.

–Illegal possession/fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 4200 block of Heritage Oaks Circle, Birmingham.

–Burglary from the 7200 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.

–Harassing communications from the 10000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from Valleydale Road at Jaguar Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 1000 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A Ruger 9mm valued at $300 was stolen.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 10000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

June 26

–Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Shorefront Lane, Chelsea.

–Abandoned motor vehicle from U.S. 280 at Robertson Lane, Westover.

–Duty to remain on scene of accident from Chelsea Point Drive, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 80th block of Keller Lane, Vincent.

–Miscellaneous incident from 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

–Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Skyline Drive, Indian Springs Village.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Lawley Drive, Montevallo.

–Burglary first degree and assault second degree from the 10th block of Apache Drive, Wilsonville. A front driver’s side tire suffered $100 worth of damage.

–Miscellaneous incident from Helena.

–Robbery and theft of property from the 100 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana. A pearl necklace valued at $1,000, an iPhone 6S valued at $500, an Apple Watch valued at $200, a set of airpods valued at $75 and a set of Sketcher shoes valued at $30 were stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Huntington Place, Chelsea. Two vehicles were damaged.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card or debit card from the 100 block of Salisbury Lane, Birmingham.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280, Birmingham.

June 27

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 4600 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

–Death investigation from the 6000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

–Robbery and theft of property fourth degree from the 2900 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana. A BB gun valued at $40 was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 5300 block of Meadowlark Lane, Birmingham. A 2019 Ford F150 was stolen.

–Harassment from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Driving under the influence and illegal possession of prescription drugs from Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

–Theft of property from Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A silver ring with diamonds valued at $600 was stolen.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment and interference with domestic violence emergency from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby. An exterior door frame valued at $100 was damaged.

–Burglary and criminal mischief from Montagel Way, Birmingham. Two window panes valued at $1,000 were damaged.

–Damage to county owned vehicle from the 2000 block of University Boulevard, Tuscaloosa. An antenna was damaged.

–Criminal trespass first degree from Montagel Way, Birmingham.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby. An Alabama Fossil watch valued at $180, a three-ton floor jack valued at $150, two dress boots valued at $200, miscellaneous clothes valued at $500 and a 14K gold diamond ring valued at $1,500 was stolen.

June 30

–Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea. Damage was done to the front bumper of a 2016 GMC Yukon XL.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett. A 2014 Dodge Challenger was damaged.

–Criminal surveillance from the 2000 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Fire investigation from U.S. 280 at Meadowlake Drive, Birmingham.

–Failure to pay for gasoline from Shelby County 70, Columbiana. Gasoline totaling $73.05 was stolen.

–Fire investigation from Cardwell Road, Wilsonville.

–Driving under the influence of a combined substance from Cahaba Valley Road at Valley View Road, Birmingham.

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from Shelby County 39 at Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea.
