Aug. 9

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Hoover.

-Harassment from the Shelby County Courthouse / hall area outside of courtroom 2A.

-Property damage-non-criminal from the 100 block of Bethlehem Church Road, Shelby. A 2013 Chevy Malibu was damaged.

-Harassment from the 800 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville.

-DUI from Cahaba Valley Road and U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Disorderly conduct from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Reckless endangerment, failure to obey law enforcement/improper lane usage from the 1000 block of Hornet Parkway, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of August Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property first degree, burglary third degree from the 4200 block of Mountain Top Road, Birmingham. A Husqvarna Kohler powered engine valued at $3,000, a Stihl rescue saw valued at $1,500 and a Lincoln wire welder valued at $300 was stolen.

-Theft of property third degree from the 6200 block of Beaver Brook Road, Birmingham. A credit card was stolen.

-Burglary third degree from the 2700 block of Indian Shoals Trail, Wilsonville. A Panasonic flat screen TV valued at $400, suitcases full of women’s clothes valued at $500 and miscellaneous hand and power tools valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Shelia Point, Shelby. U.S. currency in the amount of $3,000 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene. A pontoon boat trailer valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 7000 block of Highway 51, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville. A 1979 Chevy was stolen.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Shelby County 200, Montevallo. Cash in the amount of $100, a Vizio smart TV valued at $150, an engagement ring valued at $2,500, Clonazepam pills, Adderall pills and Hydrocodone pills were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene.

-Theft of property first degree from the 2000 block of U.S. 31, Calera. A utility trailer was stolen.

-Theft of property from Vale Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A total of $1,834.40 loaded onto different phone and gift cards was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-menacing from the 100 block of Stinson Drive, Wilsonville.

-DUI from U.S. 280/Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.

-Receiving stolen property from the 5000 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana. A 1979 Chevrolet valued at $4,000 was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident-trespass from the 200 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident-trespass from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-abandoned vehicle from Greenhill Parkway and U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief, harassment from the 100 block of Sunset Lakes Lane, Chelsea. A 2009 Chevrolet 2500 sustained $500 in damages.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280. Food, home goods and other household items valued at $140.64 were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. 1.8 grams of Synthetic marijuana was recovered.

-Assault with bodily fluids from Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 16300 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A 9-millimeter black semi-automatic handgun valued at $340 was stolen.

-Theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Shelby County 265, Alabaster. A toolbox valued at $8,000, miscellaneous tools valued at $4,000, an HP laptop valued at $600 and a snap-on speaker valued at $100 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3100 block of Keystone Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property first degree from the 1300 block of Highway 74, Chelsea. A trailer valued at $5,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4500 block of U.S. 31, Calera.

-Identity theft from an unknown location.

-Theft of property from Shelby County 251, Pea Ridge. A black ATV valued at $4,000 was stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Katie Acres Lane, Wilsonville. A wooden fence post was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from the 1100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A window screen and a section of drywall was damaged.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 7000 block of Meadow Lark Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby. A fan valued at $150 was damaged.

-Property damage from the 400 block of Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville.

-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call, domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Four apartment doors were damaged.

-Theft of services fourth degree, criminal mischief third degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A glass door valued at $250 was damaged.

-Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea.

-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from the 300 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 200 block of Narrows Reach, Birmingham. An iPhone 6S Plus valued at $199 was damaged.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 1000 block of August Road, Columbiana. A Kia Forte was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 3200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A pair of Beats headphones valued at $350, Nike Air Max 95’s valued at $150, Nike Air Max 90’s valued at $150 and Timberland boots valued at $190 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 4200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A Lexus 2007 LS 460 was damaged.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Shelby County 265, Alabaster. A total of $1,420.49 was stolen from a credit card.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Forest Lakes Way, Chelsea.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 7900 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from an unknown location.

-Theft of property fourth degree-shoplifting from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Dremel tool and drill bit valued at $29.91 and a bag of assorted beauty items and medical supplies valued at $65.20 was stolen.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2009 Toyota Camry sustained $350 in damages.

-Criminal trespass from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from Mt. Laurel Avenue at Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville. Gold rings with a diamond and sapphire mixture set valued at $2,000, a brown chocolate Michael Kohrs watch valued at $400, Rayban Aviator sunglasses valued at $300 and miscellaneous clothes valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1100 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. Currency in the amount of $200 was stolen.
