The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Aug. 16-22:

Aug. 16

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Blackberry Hollow Road, Wilsonville. A baggie containing 1 half-pill and numerous smashed pills identified as Alprazolam weighing less than 1 gram was confiscated.

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2008 Nissan Rogue was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 300 block of Lake Drive, Shelby. A change purse containing loose suspected methamphetamine and a plastic bag containing .02 grams of suspected methamphetamine was confiscated.

-Theft of lost property from Heardmont Park, Birmingham. An iPad valued at $400 was stolen.

-Fire investigation from the 400 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver. A camper trailer was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. General merchandise valued at $62.12 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Moss Rock Trail, Sterrett.

-Theft of property fourth degree, criminal trespass from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Various personal items including wipes and men’s shirts valued at $18.78 were stolen.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Amos Isabell Road, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 2000 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Terrorist threat, harassment from the 200 block of Amos Isbell Road, Leeds.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 900 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 5000 block of Cameron Road, Birmingham.

-Forgery from the 500 block of Chesser Circle, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence assault third degree from the 5300 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.

-Identity theft, theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham. Currency in the amount of $3 was stolen.

Aug. 17

-DUI from U.S. 280 at Alabama 119, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea. A Timberland wallet was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A Clonazepam pill and a Levofloxacin pill bottle with one Levofloxacin pill and an unweighable amount of marijuana was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 10 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.

-Fire investigation from Shelby County 10 near Shelby County 260. An unknown hatchback car was burned.

-Domestic violence-menacing, harassment from the 200 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.

-Harassment, criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ferguson Drive, Chelsea. A property boundary string was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous clothing valued at $281.31 was stolen.

-Duty to remain at the scene of an accident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2012 Chevy Camaro was damaged.

Aug. 18

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Six yellow oval pills identified as hydrocodone were confiscated.

-Duties of driver involved in a motor vehicle accident from the 10300 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A mailbox valued at $500 was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Shelby County 59 at U.S. 231, Vincent. A license plate was stolen.

-DUI-controlled substance from U.S. 280 at Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident (attempted suicide) from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 24000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana. A 2011 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A two-tone silver and black 9-millimeter handgun, silver magazine with black baseplate and 9-millimeter bullets were confiscated.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Fairmont Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 6200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A pink and chrome 9-millimeter semi-automatic handgun valued at $350 was stolen.

-Theft of property first degree from the 1600 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2007 Cadillac Escalade and Louis Vuitton purses valued at $3,000 were stolen.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham. A 2011 Toyota Prius was stolen.

-SORNA violation-adult sex offender-prohibited residence location from Marydale Lane, Calera.

Domestic violence from the 1100 block of Forest Lakes Way, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3800 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 1200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Assault from the 1900 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6000 block of Forest Lakes CV, Chelsea.

-Arson from the 1900 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville. There was minor fire damage to the front porch steps of a residence.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby. Truck tires were damaged.

Aug. 19

-Menacing from the 1600 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville.

-Robbery from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 10500 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 51. Approximately 0.4 grams of Tramadol Hydrochloride, approximately 0.4 grams of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone Bitartrate, approximately 2.5 grams of Meloxicam and approximately 2.1 grams of marijuana was confiscated.

-Public intoxication, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A small amount of a substance believed to be heroin and a capped syringe was recovered.

-Gas drive-off from the 4600 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. Gasoline valued at $25 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2900 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 4900 block of Appaloosa Trail, Birmingham.

-Leaving the scene of an accident, property damage from Brookhighland Parkway and Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. A Free Spirit Grand Peak mountain bike was damaged.

-Animal complaint from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Cruelty to animals from the 7900 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 30 block of Deer Lane, Vincent. A table saw valued at $75, a table saw valued at $250, a chainsaw valued at $300 and a box with assorted drive sockets valued at $500 was stolen.

-Domestic violence harassing communications from the 400 block of Pool Road, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Virginia Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, Alabama 155 and Shelby County 18, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 4000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Shelby County 13, Helena. A Dell laptop valued at $800 was stolen.

-Identity theft from Aldrich Road, Montevallo. Cash in the amount of $475 was stolen.

-Theft of property from Aldrich Road, Montevallo. $705 was stolen from a checking account.

-Harassment / harassing communications from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

Aug. 20

-Death investigation-hospice from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Way, Birmingham; 2 milligrams Lorazepam, 29 milliliters Morphine and four patches of Fentanyl were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A set of keys was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 51, Sterrett. A Kia Sorento was damaged.

-Property damage from Alabama 25 at Gould Road, Columbiana. A 2011 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Theft of property from Page Court, Wilsonville. Gift cards valued at $6,025 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A 2008 Toyota Camry XLE was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A 2010 Ford Taurus was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 400 block of Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville.

-Violation of domestic violence PFA from U.S. 280 at Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

Aug. 21

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 and Crenshaw Road, Sterrett. Approximately 10 milligrams of Dextroamphetamine and 10 milligrams of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone Bitartrate was confiscated.

-Fire investigation from the 1000 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 7000 block of Kensington Avenue, Calera.

-Harassing communications from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 300 block of Shelby County 406.

A reciprocating saw valued at $80, a Shop Vac valued at $40, HVAC gauges with hoses valued at $469, a drill valued at $117, a back blower valued at $299 and a hammer drill valued at $139 was stolen.

-Forgery from the 200 block of Bream Cove Road, Columbiana. Bank checks were forged in the amount of $4,980.

-Domestic investigation from Carroll Road, Wilsonville.

Aug. 22

-Harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 474, Leeds.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Polo Court, Chelsea.

-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. A blue Ford Escape valued at $2,000 was damaged.

-Property damage from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An Audi A3 sustained $250 in damages.

-Criminal mischief from Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. A U.S. flag valued at $295 was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (Heardmont Park). An iPhone 6S valued at $600, an iPhone 8 valued at $800, an iPhone 8 Plus valued at $1,000 and a debit card was stolen.

-Trespassing from the 400 block of Shelby County 13, Helena.
