Thomas Logan “Tommy” Davis, age 39, of Birmingham, passed away Monday, Sept. 2.

The visitation will be from 12:30-2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Deb Epley and T. Shane Smith officiating. The burial will follow at the Hubbard Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Davis was an attorney in Birmingham.

He is survived by his mother, Ginger Davis (Ullman Williamson); father, Jimmie Davis (Kay); sister, Bridgette Guthrie (Greg); niece, Jameson Guthrie; nephews, Connor Guthrie and Andrew Guthrie; step sisters, Brooke Williams (Lee) and Shaye Mihich (Paul), step nieces and nephews, Walker Williams, Harper Williams, Mallory Mihich, Miller Mihich; and numerous other family and friends.
