Otha Wood, age 78, of Alabaster, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 25.

The visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 at Bolton Funeral Home. The graveside service will follow at 1 p.m., at Pinelawn Gardens with Rev. Wayne Watts officiating. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Wood is survived by his wife, Jean Wood; two children, Kimberly W. Wright (Jim) and Mike Wood; six grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra Maudlin (Monty) and Phillis Wright; and numerous nieces and nephews.
