Oct. 6

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2018 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.

-Harassment from the 6300 block of Farley Lane, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 400 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver.

-Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 26 and Walker Run, Alabaster.

-Criminal trespass from the 2100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 11100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A woman’s wallet was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 8100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and an unknown amount of coin currency was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A 2003 GMC Sierra valued at $4,000 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 8000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Louis Vuitton brown leather handbags valued at $4,000 and a pair of Louis Vuitton brown leather shoes valued at $1,500 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle (two counts) from the 13000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A partial book of checks and an LG Stylo 4 smartphone valued at $250 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 12000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. An auto receipt possibly containing personal information was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 13000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A G-shock wrist watch valued at $100 and a check stub was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, fraudulent use of a debit card from an unnamed location. Amounts of $57.72 and $2.06 were stolen from debit cards, in addition to the debit cards themselves.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer.

-Domestic investigation from the 1300 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham. A gold wedding ring and a 1-carat diamond Solitaire ring valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 17000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A pair of gold Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses with glass lenses valued at $200 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 8000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A Sig Sauer 9-milimeter handgun valued at $600 was stolen.

-Criminal trespass from the 300 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 0 block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.

Oct. 7

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 2000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. A 2015 Ford Mustang sustained $1,000 in damages.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Merchandise valued at $125.94 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 900 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A 2016 Kia Rio was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information-suicide attempt from Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-stalking from the 3000 block of Joiner Town Road, Columbiana. A DVD of pictures was confiscated.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 3700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2800 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A dark brown Tommy Hilfiger wallet containing a Social Security card, $10 in loose change and brown dress shoes valued at $50 were stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1600 block of Fifth Street, Harvey, Louisiana. Money in the amount of $3,385.55 was stolen.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Theft of property second degree, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Funds in the amount of $1,883.94 were stolen.

-False reporting to law enforcement from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Obstructing government operations from the 2000 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

-Attempting to elude from Shelby County 11 and Chelsea Station Drive.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from Shelby County 39 and Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Belvedere Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 200 block of Paradise Point Drive, Columbiana. Paint damage was reported.

-Domestic violence-harassment, criminal trespass from the 10000 block of Retreat Circle, Birmingham.

-Rape from the 600 block of Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 35000 block of Alabama 25, Harpersville.

-Cruelty to dog or cat from Lucas Lane, Montevallo.

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4100 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea. A fraudulent check for $4,850 was confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Merchandise valued at $133.97 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea. An angle iron valued at $200 and lumber valued at $100 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby.

-Possession of a forged instrument-first degree from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Two counterfeit $20 bills were recovered.

-Miscellaneous information from the 8400 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 4400 block of Village Green Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property first degree from Chelsea Corners, Chelsea. Cash in the amount of $4,542 was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Ozley Road, Alabaster.

-Criminal trespassing from the 700 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2001 Volkswagen Beetle was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 19000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An iPhone 6 valued at $150 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Forgery, theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea. An amount of $200 was stolen from a check.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3300 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

Oct. 9

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-DUI-any substance from U.S. 280 and Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham. A Glock .45-caliber with one magazine was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Resource Center Parkway, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 900 block of Old Highway 25, Columbiana. A used insulin syringe with a white crystal residue and a used glass pipe with residue were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3200 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Injury in Shelby County Courthouse, accidental injury from the Shelby County Courthouse third floor public restroom.

-Domestic investigation from the 12000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A door and door frame were damaged.

-Identity theft, theft of property from the 4000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Checks and money from an account totaling $1,697.98 were stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 300 block of Liberty Ridge Road, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Skyline Drive, Pelham.

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham. A Lawrimore car trailer valued at $2,500 was stolen.

-Extortion, theft of property from the 100 block of Biltmore Drive, Birmingham. U.S. currency in the amount of $1,000 was stolen.

-Permitting a dog to run at large, animal bite from the 5000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

Oct. 10

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 307 at Shelby County 47, Shelby. A leafy green substance (.05 grams), a cut blue straw with a white powdery substance and a blunt containing a green leafy substance was recovered.

-Attempting to elude, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 and Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Pills identified as hydrocodone, 2.7 grams of a green leafy substance rolled into a cigarette, pills identified as Hydrochlorothiazide and Metoprolol and a Canik TP9 was recovered.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from an unknown location. Money in the amount of $225.64 was stolen from a debit card.

-Burglary from the 2600 block of Buckboard Road, Birmingham. An Echo weed trimmer valued at $150 was stolen.

-Domestic violence from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-SORNA violation from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 3000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana. A windshield valued at $250 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from Cahaba Valley Road and Oak Mountain Lake Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 3400 block of Buck Horn CV, Birmingham. An iPad Air 2 valued at $200 and a credit card was stolen.

Oct. 11

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1200 block of Narrows Point Nook, Birmingham. An iPhone 6S valued at $150 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 280 and U.S. 280, Chelsea. A driver’s side window was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident-discharge of duty weapon from Bear Creek Road near the intersection of Arbor Way, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Bear Creek Road near the intersection of Arbor Way, Chelsea.

-Harassment from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 139, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2018 Chevy Silverado was damaged.

-Missing person from the 300 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 200 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 3900 block of Shelby County 32, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Forest Lake Drive, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Edgewater Lane, Chelsea. An amount of $767 paid by check was stolen.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Berry Lane, Pelham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Lake Drive, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 19000 block of River Drive, Shelby.

Oct. 12

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1500 block of Tara Drive, Chelsea. A Keltec 9-milimeter semiautomatic pistol valued at $250, U.S. currency in the amount of $200 and a wallet with credit/debit cards and other personal affects valued at $40 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 700 block of Tara Drive, Chelsea. A leather wallet including $50 cash, scuba diver’s permit, insurance and driver’s license valued at a total of $350 and a Bank of America MasterCard was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby. Clear glass pipes with a residue, Buprenorphine and Naloxone sublingual film and a half pill of Suboxone contained in a plastic key hider was recovered.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 700 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo. Assorted U.S. currency in the amount of $300 was stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 8000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo. A mailbox valued at $50 was damaged.

-Assault, menacing from the 300 block of Carlow Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from Cahaba Valley Road and Jasmine Hill Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham.

-DUI, attempting to elude from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Two Echo weed trimmers valued at $650 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4000 block of Shelby County 109, Columbiana.

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine (1.1 grams), a rock-like substance believed to be heroin (.1 gram), a pink like substance believed to be Fentanyl (.3 grams), a used syringe and two homemade smoking devices were recovered.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
