-Criminal mischief second degree from the 1400 block of Simmsville Road. A 2018 Nissan Murano sustained $500 in damages.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1500 block of Simmsville Road. Methamphetamine (0.2 grams; 30 DU), Hydroxybutanoic acid and a syringe were confiscated.

Oct. 18

-Property damage from the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest. A Chevy Silverado sustained $1,500 in damages.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Abington Circle. A wallet, money in the amount of $20 and a tennis racket valued at $30 were stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree, harassment from the 100 block of Winterhaven Drive.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 236-mile marker of I-65. Marijuana (12.64 grams) was confiscated.

-Domestic violence third degree, harassment or harassing communications from the 100 block of Reese Drive.

Oct. 21

-Property damage from Kentwood Trace. Fence panels were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Jackets valued at $33.96 were stolen.

-Property damage from Arby’s, 105 South Colonial Drive. A 2015 Chevy Silverado sustained $100 in damages.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from Kent Dairy Road. Swiss backpacks valued at $200 and Omron wrist blood pressure devices valued at $100 were stolen.

Oct. 22

-Criminal mischief third degree from Park Place Circle. Two televisions valued at $100 and $150 and two lamps valued at $50 apiece were damaged.

-Theft of property third degree from Belk, 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Miscellaneous merchandise totaling $675 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. A phone case valued at $19.88 was stolen.

-Theft of property third degree from Windsor Court. Two Werner ladders valued at $300 and $200 were stolen.

-Criminal mischief third degree from Scarlet Oak Drive. A mailbox valued at $150 was damaged.

-Property damage from Chestnut Drive. A brick column sustained $3,000 in damages.
