The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 20-26:

Oct. 20

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5600 building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 2000 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby. Two Remington 870, 20-gauge, standard barrels valued at $189 each; a Remington 1100, 12-gauge, standard barrel valued at $200; a Browning 12-gauge, 18-inch barrel valued at $200; two Savage 110, 308 Winchesters with scopes valued at $350 each; and calibers 30-06 and 270 Winchester of an unknown value were stolen.

-Theft of property second degree from the 4300 building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A flat screen TV valued at $600, Xbox 1 system with games valued at $500, Acer laptop valued at $500, pair of Nike flipflops valued at $30, various articles of clothing valued at $240 and a black suitcase of an unknown value were stolen.

-Fire investigation from the 52000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. A single occupancy dwelling was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby. Prescription Clonazepam pills, $26 in cash, a purse, Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card and Netspend card were stolen.

Oct. 21

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief third degree from the 5000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A front door and door frame were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A license plate was stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 4000 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 and Key Drive, Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Miller Farm Road, Columbiana.

-Animal complaint from the 1500 building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $1,600 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham.

Oct. 22

-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Buck Horn CV, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location near Inverness, U.S. 280. Marijuana (2 grams) in a plastic baggy was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Nabors Drive, Chelsea.

-Death investigation-hospice from the 6700 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.

-Burglary from the 6000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Assorted food items were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 70 block of Nabors Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of Shelby County 69, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Alabama 119 and Grants Mill Road, Birmingham. A 2008 Chevy Tahoe, a Go Rhino front push bar valued at $296 and a front Bowtie grill emblem valued at $105 were damaged.

Oct. 23

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 47, Chelsea. A green leafy substance was confiscated.

-Harassment from U.S. 280 at American Family Care, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 600 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea.

-Drug paraphernalia from Greenhill Parkway at Sonesta, Birmingham. A clear crack pipe with burn marks was confiscated.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Briarvale Road, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 4300 block of Highway 36, Chelsea.

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle from the 900 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. A 2007 Hyundai Tucson was damaged.

-Property damage from Highway 42 at Waxahatchee Creek Bridge, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from various locations in Shelby County.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 500 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham. A tag was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-DUI-alcohol from Chesser Drive at U.S. 280, Chelsea.

Oct. 24

-Identity theft from an unknown location. A Bank of America Mastercard was counterfeited.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Front door and window framing was damaged.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A marble-size white crystal rock was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 6600 block of Walt Drive, Birmingham. A fence and barbed wire were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea. Assorted food grocery items valued at $112.44 were stolen.

-Found property from Valleydale Road at Indian Lake Drive, Birmingham. A black wallet containing a current Alabama driver’s license, current Social Security card and miscellaneous cards was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Criminal trespass from the 200 block of Highway 37, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6300 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana.

-Dogs at large from the 1000 block of Kingswood Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Chesser Circle, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Chesser Loop Circle, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Identity theft, theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Kingswood Road, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $326.98 was stolen.

-Missing person (juvenile) from the 100 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12, sexual abuse from the 40 block of Brantleyville Court, Maylene.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1700 block of Hiawatha, Shelby. An undercarriage was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Chelsea Forest Road, Columbiana.

-DUI-alcohol from Highway 43 at Highway 55, Vandiver.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Foothills Ledge, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from Shore Front Lane, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from Highway 52 and Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer.

-Theft of property from the 5200 block of Birdsong Road, Birmingham. An amount of $1,593.90 was charged on a Visa card account.

-Identity theft from an unknown location.

-Death investigation from the 5400 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 3100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Two Hisense televisions valued at $325 apiece were stolen.
