The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 9-15:

Nov. 9

-Harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

-DUI from First Avenue and Shelby County 17, Maylene.

-Criminal mischief from Shelby County 10 and Hayes Circle, Montevallo. A 2000 Buick LeSabre was damaged with three bullet holes in the driver’s side door and one bullet hole in a front quarter panel.

-Property damage from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 55, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from the 9000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. Morphine (28 milliliters), Ativan (29 milliliters) and Hydrocodone were destroyed.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 3200 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana.

Nov. 10

-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Eagle Point Parkway, Birmingham. A 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5100 block of Jameswood Drive, Birmingham. Approximately 3 grams of marijuana rolled in a cigar was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown address in Alabaster.

-Harassment from the 17000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5300 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10600 block of Shelby County 55, Westover and Sterrett.

-Public intoxication from the 2800 block of Shelby County 37, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Paradise Point Drive, Columbiana.

-DUI-any substance from Chelsea Road and Autumn Creek Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Assault from the 1600 block of Shelby County 277, Helena.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5700 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. Apple Airpods valued at $150 were stolen.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 18000 block of Alabama 145, Shelby. An air conditioner valued at $400, a queen-size bed valued at $250 and a cloth chair valued at $150 were stolen; and a window valued at $100, damaged sheetrock valued at $200 and a love seat valued at $150 were damaged.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Willow Lake Lane, Wilsonville. A .22 caliber Winchester rifle with scope was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 4100 block of Shelby County 109, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence third degree/harassing communications from the 2000 block of Shelby County 69, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer.

Nov. 11

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A 2000 Jeep Cherokee was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A bottle of Curves perfume valued at $34.97, Apple Watch band valued at $19.88, iPhone case valued at $12.88, Apple Watch band valued at $14.97, Apple Watch charger valued at $29 and a Blackweb iPhone screen protector valued at $10.88 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information-altered mental status from the 200 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Toilet paper holders, a hose bib and a storage room door handle were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance from the 900 block of 19th Street, Calera. Five clear plastic baggies containing a crystal-like substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine (18 grams), two clear plastic baggies containing an off-white/gray substance believed to be heroin (1.2 grams) and six blue pills identified to be Clonazepam (1.3 grams), a syringe with a clear liquid believed to be meth and a Mountain Dew bottle containing an unknown clear liquid were recovered.

-Robbery from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Paper currency in the amount of $1,100 was stolen.

-Identity theft, theft of property from an unnamed location. A hearing aid was stolen.

-Theft of property from Goldilocks Lane, Maylene. A total of $790 in cash was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Pitchfork Place, Maylene. Assorted change was stolen and a Volkswagen Jetta was damaged.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle, domestic violence-harassment from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2013 Ford Edge and an LG stylus phone valued at $235 were stolen, and an HP laptop was damaged.

Nov. 12

-Theft of property third degree from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Merchandise from Walmart valued at $724.09 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment, criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Shelby County 86, Calera. Shirts and pants valued at $100 were damaged.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Perkins Landing Road, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from the 5200 block of Kirkwall Lane, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby. A mobile home was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A .40 caliber pistol valued at $321.10 was stolen.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Birch Creek Drive, Birmingham. A window valued at $1,000 was damaged, and a CD-ROM containing photos was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property first degree from the 300 block of Cedar Hill Drive, Birmingham. A silver men’s ring with diamonds valued at $2,300, six bottles of designer cologne valued at $900, 25 bottles of designer perfume valued at $2,500, a Louis Vuitton men’s belt valued at $800, a Louis Vuitton handbag valued at $1,800 and 15 Victoria’s Secret 34DDD bras with tags still on valued at $750 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

Nov. 13

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Public intoxication from the 500 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene. A County Road 270 sign and a speed limit sign were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from Barnett Street, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Public intoxication from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from an unknown location.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive, Montevallo. A 9-millimeter pistol valued at $150 was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 200 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene. A Discover card was stolen.

-Sodomy from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A 2018 Acura MDX was damaged.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

Nov. 14

-Violation of a protection order from the 5200 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 6500 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 41 at U.S. 280, Birmingham. Two clear glass pipes with residue, an orange pill bottle with a white crystal-like residue and three clear plastic bags with white crystal-like residue were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Road, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 11000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo. Marijuana and a 20-ounce Sprite bottle with a socket containing marijuana residue were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea at Chelsea Middle School.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea at Chelsea Middle School.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 and Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3400 block of Shelby County 37, Columbiana. A loaded syringe with approximately 22 cc’s of liquid meth (3.1 grams) and a marijuana pipe with residue were confiscated.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Minnow Lane, Shelby. A 1997 Chevrolet 1500 truck valued at $3,000 was stolen.

-Identity theft from an unknown location.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 5000 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Shelby County 61 at Sheffield Road, Shelby. A bag containing 1.5 grams of a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine was recovered.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 9500 block of Shelby County 55, Harpersville. Assorted merchandise valued at $63.54 was stolen; all items were dropped or left by suspect and recovered, along with a red purse with assorted contents.

-Domestic violence from the 400 block of Lake Chelsea Way, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 2800 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana. A mailbox valued at $100, 180 feet of fencing valued at $250 and a fence post valued at $180 were damaged. Estimated labor totaled $5,000.

-Civil dispute from the 3000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the Shelby County Courthouse.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham. A MacBook Air, an LG Premier 50-inch flat screen TV valued at $500, a 42-inch flat screen TV, an iPad Pro valued at $1,000 and boxes containing miscellaneous property were stolen. A front door of a residence was damaged.

Nov. 15

-Minor consuming alcohol, public intoxication from the 600 block of Sawyers Cove Road, Calera.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Cahaba Valley Road at Woodward Drive, Pelham. A 2015 Nissan Rogue sustained $5,400 in damages.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Shady Road, Alabaster. A front bumper valued at $500 was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Wendy’s store was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Chickering Circle, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 600 block of Sawyers Cove Road, Calera.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5700 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A ladies wallet valued at $70, a pack of cigarettes valued at $5, a vehicle ashtray with change inside valued at $60, a Wells Fargo Visa debit card, a driver’s license and Social Security card and U.S. currency in the amount of $60 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $350, 10 packs of L&M cigarettes valued at $56 and Vogue women’s sunglasses valued at $150 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 900 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. A purse containing miscellaneous makeup and a hat valued at $200 and a wallet valued at $20 containing various cards including an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. An HP laptop in a Swiss Army backpack valued at $800 and Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $200 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment, violation of a protective order from the 5200 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree, unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea.

-Permitting dog to run at large from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

-DUI from the 1800 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana.

-Adult sex offender-failure to register from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Harpersville.

-Agency assist from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
