Dec. 4

-Animal complaint from Smokey Road.

-Improper passing on left, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 239-mile marker of I-65 South. A glass marijuana pipe with residue was confiscated.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Coral Circle.

-DUI-alcohol from the 236-mile marker of I-65 South. A Glock .45-caliber firearm was recovered.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Aldi, 113 Simmsville Road. Money in the amount of $100 was stolen.

-Domestic incident from the 1000 block of Fifth Court Southwest.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Park Place Lane.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Tanglewood Drive. A car tag valued at $150 was stolen.

-Theft of property third degree, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the Alabaster Police Department.

-Theft of property first degree from Mattress Firm, 60 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Merchandise valued at $22,000 was stolen.

-Information only report from the 1400 block of Cross Path Drive.

-Theft of property third degree, criminal mischief second degree from Alabama 119. Aluminum window frames valued at $1,300 were stolen, and walls sustained $1,500 in damages.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Target, 100 South Colonial Drive. Merchandise totaling $204.90 was stolen.

Dec. 5

-Domestic violence third degree, harassment or harassing communications from Windsor Court.

-Domestic violence third degree, harassment or harassing communications from the Alabaster Police Department. A Winchester shotgun was confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 300 block of Grande View Trail. An Alexa Smart Plug valued at $24.99, an Alexa stand valued at $25 and an Echo Show 5 were stolen.

-Theft of property third degree from Publix, 9200 Alabama 119. Wooden pallets valued at $700 were stolen.

-Information only report from Budget Car Sales, 61 Mendel Parkway, Montgomery.

-Information only report from the Alabaster Police Department.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 block of Third Street Northeast. A leaf blower valued at $61.60 was stolen.

-Criminal littering from the 1500 block of Mitch Lane.

-Information only report from the 1300 block of West Grande View Lane, Maylene.

Dec. 6

-Miscellaneous incident from Lane Park Circle.

-Information only report from the 1200 block of Arrowhead Trace.

-Damage to property from I-65 North. A Nissan Rogue sustained $200 in damages.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from American Family Care Alabaster. A Bryant Bank debit card was stolen.

-Theft of property third degree from an unnamed location. Auto parts valued at $450 and money in the amount of $100 were stolen.

-Information only report from the 1000 block of First Street North.

-Alias writ of arrest, receiving stolen property second degree from Salem Road, Montevallo. A Davis Industries .38 special was confiscated.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Second Avenue Southwest.

-Identity theft from an unnamed location. U.S. currency in the amount of $535 was stolen.

Dec. 7

-Possession of a controlled substance (two counts) from the 238-mile marker of I-65 North. Amphetamines/methamphetamines (0.34 gram), heroin (0.63 gram), other narcotics (0.48 gram), equipment with residue, firearms with magazine and a Metabo coil nailer were confiscated.

-Property damage from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. A 2013 Hyundai Sonata sustained $200 in damages.

-Information only report from an unnamed location. A motor vehicle tag was stolen.

Dec. 8

-Information-injured animal-use of force from the 900 block of 10th Street Southwest.

-Discharging a firearm in city from First Avenue West. A special edition Kimber was confiscated.

-Theft of property third degree from Aldi, 113 Simmsville Road. Groceries totaling $714 were stolen.

-Harassment or harassing communications from I-65 Exit 238.

-Property damage, duty to give information and render aid after traffic accident from the I-65 South entrance ramp, 238-mile marker. A 2010 Mazda 3 valued at $4,000 was damaged.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. A purse including contents totaling $200 was stolen.

-Property damage from the 10900 block of Alabama 119. A patrol vehicle unit, Ford Crown Victoria, was damaged.

-Domestic incident from Big Oak Circle.

-Criminal mischief first degree from an unnamed location. A 2013 Ford Fusion sustained $2,600 in damages.

-Theft of property second degree, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast. An Eva Bank credit card and money totaling $295.75 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment, domestic violence-criminal trespass from an unnamed location. A GMC Savana 2500 was damaged.

Dec. 9

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree from Cohill Drive. Crack cocaine (1.6 grams), meth (0.5 gram), marijuana (0.5 gram) and a meth pipe were confiscated.

-Found property from Books-A-Million, 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway. A passport was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from Regions Bank 119, 33 Kent Stone Way.
