The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 1-7:

Dec. 1

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 3900 building of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2011 Mercedes GLK350 sustained $500 in damages, and $100 was stolen.

-DUI-combined influence, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from U.S. 31 and Shelby County 22, Calera. A plastic bag with suspected marijuana (6.9 grams) was confiscated.

-Menacing from the 6400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 6400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An ICEE cooler was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 7500 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana. Fentanyl (two patches, 50 milligrams), Norco (46 of 10-325 milligrams), Morphine Sulfate (58 of 100 milligrams/5 milliliters) and Ativan (69 of 0.5 milligrams) were damaged or destroyed.

-Theft of property from the 60 block of Camelia Lane, Maylene. A Makita chop saw valued at $500, a nail apron with various tools valued at $150 and a handheld vacuum valued at $25 were stolen.

Dec. 2

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 2000 block of Shelby Forrest Cove, Chelsea.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 700 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville. Copper pipe plumbing valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Wakota Trail, Wilsonville. Meth (.8 gram) and a glass pipe used for smoking narcotics were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 47 and Deseret Drive, Shelby. A white powdery substance believed to be meth (1.1 grams) and a plastic straw were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. An orange, rounded pill in a plastic baggie believed to be a Morphine Sulfate extended-release (60 milligrams) was recovered.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of paraphernalia from the 200 block of Chesser Park Drive. A green leafy substance that appears to be marijuana (9.2 oz), a digital scale and a Smith and Wesson firearm were recovered.

-Harassment from the 4700 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection from abuse order from the 7600 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Cash in the amount of $1,100 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Chestnut Lane, Helena. Flood lights valued at $299 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Attempted burglary third degree, criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A concession stand security door was damaged.

Dec. 3

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Alabama 25 at Montevallo Commons Parkway, Montevallo. A small plastic baggie containing an off-white substance presumed to be heroin (.1 gram) and a small round yellow pill with TEVA/832 imprinted on it identified as Clonazepam (.2 gram) were recovered.

-Criminal mischief from the 3700 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana. A door window was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Disney movie projectors valued at $59.95 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Highgate Hill Road, Indian Springs.

-Death investigation from the 8000 block of Shelby County 51, Westover. Pregabalin (43 of 75 milligrams), Oxycodone (15 of 7.5 milligrams), Gabapentin (52 of 300 milligrams) and Sertaline (52 of 50 milligrams) were damaged or destroyed.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1500 block of Southern Drive, Birmingham. A Samsung Galaxy tab valued at $200 and an Apple iPhone 6 valued at $200 were stolen.

-Theft of property first degree from the 5000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. A 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen.

-Receiving stolen property (two counts) from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. A TS-Arms 15 223 rifle and a Taurus G2 9-millimeter handgun were recovered.

-Burglary third degree from the 9000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1000 block of Bent River Circle, Birmingham. A front door glass was cracked.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. Clonazepam (18 of 1 milligram) and Ambien (13 of 10 milligram) were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.

Dec. 4

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Snow Drive, Alabaster. Sierra tires valued at $800 were damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Kinstler Drive, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree, menacing from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby. Tackle boxes with fishing tackle valued at $75 were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 24000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Aristocrat Vodka and Mountain Dew valued at a combined $41.60 were stolen.

-Resisting arrest from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Menacing from the 300 block of Creekside Drive, Harpersville.

-Harassing communications from Dusty Way, Harpersville.

-Domestic violence-menacing, domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Roper Cemetery Road, Wilsonville. A window valued at $250 was damaged.

-Fall from the Shelby County Courthouse-courtroom 2E.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespassing, criminal mischief from the 6600 block of Walt Drive at Lifestorage, Birmingham. A chain link fence was damaged.

-Harassment from the 15600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from an unnamed location in Sterrett.

-Disorderly conduct from the 5100 block of U.S. 31, Calera.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1600 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham. A wallet valued at $50 with various cards and U.S. currency in the amount of $50 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1400 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1400 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham. A women’s wallet valued at $15 with various cards and a child’s gold cross necklace valued at $200 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Hawthorne Place, Chelsea. U.S. currency in the amount of $625 was stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea.

-Assault from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive, Calera.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 1400 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham. An S&W .32 revolver valued at $200 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham. A brown wallet valued at $20 and various cards were stolen.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Sam’s Place, Shelby. A door and door frame valued at $200 were damaged.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Tara Drive, Chelsea. $745 was stolen from a check.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

Dec. 6

-Missing person-adult from the 17000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4200 block of Heatherbrooke Road. Assorted clothes valued at $181 were stolen.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Toyota Highlander was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. General merchandise valued at $25 was stolen.

-Missing person from the 1500 block of Tara Drive, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham. A door frame was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1400 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3600 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 500 block of Southern Lane, Helena. Morphine Sulfate (27 milliliters), Haloperidol (15 of 2 milligrams), Lorazepam (5 of .5 milligrams), Hydrocodone Acetaminophen (33 of 7.5 milligrams), Lorazepam (146 of 1 milligram) and Gabapentin (18 of 300 milligrams) were damaged or destroyed.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Holly Lane, Westover.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 800 block of Meadow Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Suboxone strips in a prescription bottle (15 count) and two pairs of Oakley sunglasses valued at $100 each were stolen.

-Aggravated child abuse from Cahaba Valley Learning Center, 151 Narrows Parkway Ste East, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Alabama 25 near Shelby County 76, Harpersville.

-Property damage from the 400 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana. A 2014 Nissan Sentra was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Shelby County 13, Helena. Scrap metal valued at $1,500, hand trucks valued at $100, straps and ratchets valued at $75, a Yamaha four-wheeler, several boxes of tile valued at $500, a Jegs Hei high performance distributor kit valued at $150 and other scrap metal (already scrapped) valued at $327.49 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of Howard Hill Drive, Vincent. Scene photos, a discharged bullet, a spent .38 SP casing, four 38 SP bullets, a brown leather holster and a Smith & Wesson 357 Magnum were confiscated.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Shelby County 468, Vincent. A trailer valued at $600 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3000 block of Kelham Grove Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 10 block of Honeysuckle Run, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence third degree, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 100 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds.

-Burglary, domestic violence from the 1900 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A door frame valued at $500, a stand valued at $170 and a lamp valued at $20 were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Shelby County 52, Helena.
