The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 26-Jan. 2:

Dec. 26

-Domestic violence from the 1100 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the from the 4500 block of South Shades Crest Road, Helena. A brick column and a 1984 GMC TC1 were damaged.

-Rape from the 400 block of Old Cahaba Way, Helena.

Dec. 27

-Criminal mischief, unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 51000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. A 2011 Ford Edge and prescription eyeglasses valued at $200 were damaged, and a pair of Costa sunglasses valued at $250 and Estee Lauder Beautiful perfume valued at $100 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. House keys were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 600 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A Taurus 9-millimeter pistol valued at $300 was stolen.

-Forgery third degree from the 200 block of Windchase Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from Napa Auto Parts, 5465 U.S. 280, Birmingham. Merchandise totaling $848.44 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 6300 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham. An iPod Nano valued at $50 was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 80 block of Aleah Lane, Wilsonville. An acoustic guitar valued at $150 and pictures and frames valued at $75 were damaged.

-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. A Dell laptop computer valued at $300, a long white sword valued at $50, a Chromebook valued at $100, prescription eyeglasses valued at $300 and Coach sunglasses valued at $134 were stolen.

Dec. 28

-Permitting dogs to run at large, miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1000 block of Westwick Circle, Birmingham. Damage to canine (vet bill) and an invisible fence shock collar was reported.

-Miscellaneous incident-fire investigation from the 6000 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Shelby County 13, Helena. Yellow Top Optima car batteries valued at $350, A Craftsman air tank valued at $50, an air compressor valued at $75 and an electric charger valued at $100 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 2500 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 300 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster. Clothing and purses were damaged.

Dec. 29

-Obstructing governmental operations, resisting arrest from the 100 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2400 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A 2013 Dodge Avenger was damaged.

-Domestic violence-violation of a protection order from the 8000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

Dec. 30

-Assault third degree from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief, harassment from Shelby County 39 and 69, Chelsea. A 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee sustained $800 in damages.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A 2016 Volkswagen CC R-Line Auto PZEV was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Beeswax Road, Wilsonville. Two Honda dirt bikes were recovered.

-Domestic violence-menacing third degree, violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 7600 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 22 and Forgotten Lane, Pea Ridge. Roadway signs were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 13000 block of Shelby County 73, Montevallo.

-Criminal littering from the 1300 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of River Hills Business Park, Birmingham. A brick wall valued at $2,500 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Knollwood Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from an unknown location. Six iPhones Model 11 valued at $807.07 were stolen.

-Domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation, domestic violence second degree-assault from the 70 block of Lake Drive, Shelby.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Talon Trace, Birmingham. A Kenton parka valued at $1,150, a heavyweight blanket valued at $595 and shipping and handling costs at $177.05 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

Dec. 31

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from U.S. 280 West at Shelby County 442, Westover. A 2012 Dodge Ram was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident-found property from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A Kel-Tec firearm with two magazines and eight rounds of ammunition, along with a backpack containing various cards were recovered.

-Harassment from the 9200 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Flagstone Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 300 block of Shelby County 408, Shelby. Fuel from various watercraft and a storage container were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1400 block of Shelby County 9, Wilsonville. $203 was stolen from a PayPal account.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from August Road, Columbiana.

-Attempted suicide from the 400 block of Shelby County 223, Montevallo.

-Burglary from the 3100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A Ubee Internet modem valued at $300 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, fraudulent use of a debit card from the 100 block of Shore Front Lane, Chelsea. A purse with various cards and $121 in cash were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea. $158.08 was stolen from a card.

-Burglary from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Mercury Mariner was stolen.

Jan. 1, 2020

-Possession of marijuana from U.S. 31 and Valleydale Road, Pelham. Two plastic bags containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (3.5 grams) were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 3800 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville. A Dodge 1500 pickup was damaged.

-Obstructing governmental operations from the 2100 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from U.S. 280 at the 23-mile marker. A 2016 Chevy Silverado was damaged.

-Domestic incident from the 2700 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 600 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4500 block of Magnolia Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 1400 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Southledge, Birmingham.

-Assault second degree from the 2800 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 6000 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 2000 block of MacAlpine Circle, Birmingham. Michelin tires on a 2005 Chevy Trail Blazer and a mailbox and post were damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1800 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A driver’s side window was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Water Oak Street, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 22000 block of Hilbun Drive, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication, disorderly conduct from Lee Street Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham. A Glock 10-millimeter firearm and a 303 British assault rifle were stolen.

Jan. 2

-Public intoxication from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 East, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Olmsted Street, Birmingham. Oriental floor rugs and floor runners (three apiece) valued at a combined $25,000 were reported.

-Harassing communications from the 2800 block of Heatherbrooke Road.

-Unlawful possession/receipt of a controlled substance from the 300 block of Joiner Town Road, Columbiana. A small plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be synthetic marijuana (8.5 grams) was confiscated.

-SORNA violation from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Harpersville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Crest Drive, Sterrett.

-Fire investigation from the 5000 block of Pinehurst Terrace, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. An Empire box trailer valued at $3,000, miscellaneous display parts valued at $1,550 and display tables valued at $300 were stolen.

-Forgery second degree from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A paycheck in the amount of $2,559.03 was forged.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham. Twenty-one Clonazepam pills (1 milligram) valued at $10 were stolen.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Narrows Peak Circle, Birmingham.
