-Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana second degree from the 235-mile marker of I-65. Marijuana (30.7 grams) and a scale were confiscated.

Jan. 14

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. A double-pane window valued at $600 was damaged, and a spent round was recovered.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1900 block of Warrior Parkway. A concrete paver (Lowe’s) valued at $5 was damaged.

-Identity theft from the 30 block of Bart Circle. Money in the amount of $8.21 was stolen.
