Jan. 9

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Various groceries valued at $500 were stolen.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 900 block of Shelby Forest Way, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Sheffield Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief, DUI from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham. A car window valued at $200 and a window in front of a residence valued at $500 were damaged.

Jan. 10

-Menacing from the 600 block of Shelby County 13, Helena.

-Assault from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Harassment, menacing from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana first degree, criminal mischief second degree from the 2700 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. Sixty-five Kingpen Cannabis vape cartridges, marijuana (4.5 grams) and mushrooms (68 grams) were recovered.

-Property damage from the 600 block of Bear Creek Road, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2300 bock of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Damage to property from the 5000 block of Meadow Garden Lane, Birmingham. A retaining wall sustained $2,000 in damages.

-Attempting to elude, failure to appear from Forest Lakes Parkway at Bearcreek Road, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Lake Circle, Chelsea. A door was damaged.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 2700 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. An apartment door valued at $300 was damaged.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 2700 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A rear windshield of a Dodge Charger valued at $750 and a trunk hood valued at $250 were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from Chesser-Crane Road at U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2018 Ford Fiesta was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 4100 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. A 2015 Suzuki four-wheeler valued at $5,000 and an open utility trailer valued at $1,000 were stolen; a 2015 Ford F-150 was damaged.

-Identity theft, theft of property from the 2500 block of Willowbrook Circle, Birmingham. Two fraudulent transactions of $921 and $987.23 were made through Barnes & Noble.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 14000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. A camper valued at $2,500 and a large tool box full of tools valued at $1,500 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

Jan. 11

-Reckless endangerment from the 17000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana. Two 9-millimeter shell casings were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 9300 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A mailbox was damaged.

-Probation revocation, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 8000 block of Shelby County 51, Sterrett. A Taurus .38 special revolver, a .38 special round and marijuana (21 grams) were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham. Marijuana (13 grams) and a glass pipe with marijuana residue were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from Cahaba Valley Road at Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham. A 2013 Hyundai Elantra and a 2007 Chevy Suburban were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 4700 block of Eagle Wood Court, Birmingham.

-Promoting prison contraband second degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Half of a pill believed to be Xanax was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Edwards Lane, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lilac Lane, Wilsonville.

-Burglary, criminal mischief from the 16000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. Two windows valued at $300 and a drop ceiling square valued at $100 were damaged.

-Property recovered from the 7000 block of Champion Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 2000 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Burglary, criminal mischief from the 4300 block of Shelby County 32, Wilsonville. A brace for an AC unit valued at $100 was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1300 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 600 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.

-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property fourth degree from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. An LG flat screen TV valued at $400 was stolen.

Jan. 12

-Domestic incident from Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

-Obstruction of justice-giving false identity, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Marijuana (.2 gram) and methamphetamine (.3 gram) were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 2000 block of Shelby County 32, Chelsea.

-Robbery from an unknown location in Montevallo. A purse and an unknown amount of cash were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from an unknown location in Montevallo. Oxycodone, two types of heart medication and various cards were stolen.

-Property damage from the 8300 block of Chelsea Road. A 2017 Toyota Rav 4 was damaged.

-Assault from Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 0 block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville. A Smith & Wesson SD9 VE, 9-millimeter and $50 were stolen.

Jan. 13

-Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling from the 80 block of Brandy Circle, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 12000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Meadow Croft Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-DUI from Highland Lakes Drive at Shelby County 41, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Emily Circle, Birmingham.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property first degree from the 51700 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. Various bills of U.S. currency totaling $125,000, seven 10-ounce silver bars valued at $1,300 and 40 1-ounce silver bars and coins valued at $720 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-assault, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the sub-100 block of Diamond Lane, Montevallo.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Edwards Lane, Wilsonville.

-Assault from the 500 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.

Jan. 14

-Community notification violation from the 1500 block of First Street, Alabaster.

-Property damage from Alabama 25 near Gibson Road, Columbiana. A 2016 Kia Rio was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5000 block of Heatherhedge Circle, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 5300 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Dogwood Drive, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Shelby County 61 and Copper Road, Columbiana. Nine pills believed to be Budeprion XL (approximately 1.7 grams) and nine capsules believed to be Duloxentine (approximately 1.9 grams) were recovered.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham. A window screen was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabama 70 at Alabama 25, Columbiana. A plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance believed to be crystal meth (.5 gram) and three syringes were confiscated.

-Burglary from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 48000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 400 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea.

-Property damage from hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident from Cahaba Valley Trace and Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2003 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Narrows Reach, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 9000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 4900 block of Windwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge, Chelsea. A driver’s side door was damaged.

-Identity theft from the 3300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Identity theft, theft of property from an unknown location. Charges on the victim’s account totaled $1,252.19.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Eagle Crest Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 9000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Harassment from the 1300 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 3100 block of Shelby County 93, Helena.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A Beretta 9-millimeter pistol valued at $450 was stolen.

-Utility diversion/tampering, theft of services from the 12000 block of Shelby County 73, Montevallo. A water meter was damaged and an unknown quantity of water was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1600 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.

Jan. 16

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 8000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. Crystal meth (1.3 grams) and Alprazolam (.8 gram) were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Village Lane, Calera.

-SORNA violation-failure to register from the 600 block of Cahaba Manor Trail, Pelham.

-Theft of property second degree from the 5000 block of Jameswood Lane, Birmingham. A German sport gun, 22LR semi-automatic pistol valued at $250 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 6200 block of Shelby County 86, Calera. A log splitter valued at $1,200 was stolen.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Birdsong Lane, Montevallo.
