The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Jan. 22-31:

Jan. 22

-Theft of property third degree from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. An Apple iPhone 8 valued at $550 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A MacBook Pro valued at $1,300 and a Jordan Retro 4 “Winter” valued at $200 were stolen.

Jan. 23

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from Ivie Lane, Wilsonville.

-Public intoxication from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Shelby County 13, Helena.

-Theft of property from Asbury Church, 6690 Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. $2,000 was stolen from personal checks from church members.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 11000 block of Highway 41, Leeds.

-Domestic violence-strangulation, assault from the 1100 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Katy Circle, Birmingham. $2,550 was stolen from eBay cards.

Jan. 24

-Menacing from the 100 block of Lake Circle, Wilsonville. An MK9, 9-millimeter magazine and 30 9-millimeter bullets were confiscated.

-Adult sex offender registration/community notification violation from the 1000 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Kiinstler Drive, Maylene.

-Domestic incident from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-DUI from the 6500 block of Shelby County 16, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-DUI from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea. A Pietro Beretta 9-millimeter firearm and a magazine with 15 rounds were confiscated.

-Theft of property third degree from the 10 block of Brush Creek Farm, Columbiana. Vyvanse pills and Adderall were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, unlawful possession of paraphernalia from the 11000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham. A 2019 Toyota 4Runner was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 70 block of Whaley Drive, Montevallo (town of Wilton). A security camera valued at $90, Stihl chainsaw valued at $300 and Kobalt tool bag with various tools valued at $400 were stolen.

-Harassment from an unknown location in Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 3500 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham. Photos valued at $200 were stolen.

-Harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea at Walmart.

-Theft of property from the 1600 block of Shelby County 277, Helena. Backpack blowers valued at $300, a chainsaw valued at $200, a socket set valued at $600 and miscellaneous tools valued at $500 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 2500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Old Oak Cove, Chelsea. Two small jars containing an unknown white, powdery substance were confiscated.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea. Factory wheels and tires from a 2013 Ford F-150 valued at $2,700 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea.

-Fire investigation from the 0 block of Beaver Creek Road, Shelby. A mobile home was reported as a total loss.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal trespass from Chelsea Park Elementary School, Chelsea.

-Fire investigation from the 2000 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic incident from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

Jan. 25

-Unlawful possession with intent to distribute controlled substance, unlawful possession of controlled substance from Shelby County 47 and Shelby County 308, Shelby. A Taurus 9-millimeter firearm, marijuana (13 grams), methamphetamine (21 grams), LSD (less than a tenth of a gram), Buprenorphine and Nolaxone sublingual film (8 milligrams, 4 packs count) and a scale with residue and individual baggies were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5200 block of Broken Bow Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Lip balm valued at $6.29 and a battery tester valued at $6.39 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea. Marijuana (less than 1 gram), sockets in bottlecaps with marijuana residue, and nicotine vaporizers were stolen.

-Harassment from the 13000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Saddle Way, Harpersville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham, in front of Vapor Forge E-Cig. A syringe filled with a dark colored liquid (3 grams) was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from Rose Lane, Montevallo.

-Domestic incident from Dana Drive, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from Snow Drive, Alabaster. An Alabama tag was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A tanning package valued at $75.07 was reported.

-Juvenile runaway from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 11600 block of Shelby County 47 and Mayfly Lane, Shelby. Grass sustained $100 in damages.

A Sony TV valued at $200, vintage Barbie dolls valued at $200, Xbox valued at $200, Nintendo Switch valued at $100, five Xbox 1 games valued at $150 and five Nintendo Switch games valued at $150 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Citrus Lane, Columbiana.

-Unauthorized use of a credit or debit card from the 3500 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo. $175 in cash was withdrawn, two amounts of $49.99 were stolen from YouTube, two amounts of $2.99 were stolen from PayPal, and $4.31 was stolen from Amazon.com.

-Theft of property, burglary from the 4000 block of Riverwood Place, Birmingham. A cuckoo clock valued at $800, Chinese nesting table valued at $500, ivory statue and art deco lamps valued at $200 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Missionary Ridge, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2900 block of Shelby County 109, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Smitherman Sub, Montevallo. A central AC unit valued at $3,000 and a Hot Point stove valued at $599.99 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 3100 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Turtle Lakes Apartments or Misters Car Wash, 4621 U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2013 Chevy Equinox was damaged.

-Property damage from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A 2006 Lexus IS 250 was damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Star Trek Drive, Indian Springs. A metal mailbox valued at $300 was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 12000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. A green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (1.2 grams) was confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 5100 block of Kirkwall Lane, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Gilmore Nick, Montevallo. A front porch, front of house and window were damaged.

-Shooting into an unoccupied building from the 100 block of Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo. A window and door were damaged.

-Violation of a protection order from the 2000 block of Discovery Drive, Montevallo.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 5900 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 3000 block of Chelsea Ridge Trail, Columbiana.

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 400 block of Griffin Park Lane, Birmingham. A debit card was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal trespassing from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

Jan. 29

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, DUI-controlled substance from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Alprazolam pills (2 milligrams, 20 count and 2 milligrams, 33 count) were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2012 Chevy Avalanche was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2017 GMC Terrain was stolen.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Shelby County 265, Alabaster. A Truble auto belay system valued at $2,800 and door draft guards valued at $24 were stolen.

-Theft of services fourth degree, tampering with availability of gas, electricity or water (two counts) from the 2600 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville. Water (about 20,000 gallons) valued at $150 was stolen, an electronic water meter valued at $300 and a curbstop valve valued at $800 were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2100 block of Chelsea Ridge Drive, Chelsea. Miscellaneous mail was stolen.

-Property damage from the 2300 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham. A window pane valued at $250 was damaged.

-DUI from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 49, Columbiana. A 2011 Honda Accord was damaged.
