The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 1-7:

Feb. 1

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Shelby County 42 at Alabama 145. A crystal-like substance (meth, 10 grams), a set of postal scales, a glass pipe with drug residue and a cellophane bag containing a large quantity of small plastic baggies were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 11 at the entrance to Morning Star United Methodist Church, Chelsea. A plastic bag containing a white, crystal-like substance (0.5 grams), Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum revolver, sockets with residue, a rolled $1 bill with a white, crystal-like substance in it and a blue grinder and container with a green leafy substance were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shaw Ridge, Chelsea.

-Missing person from the 3600 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 30 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Fairbank Way, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 15200 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 and Boardman Drive, Chelsea.

-Juvenile runaway from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 19000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Deer Meadow Lane, Chelsea. A credit line in the amount of $63,453 was used to purchase an automobile.

-Theft of property from Shelby County 478, Leeds. $1,250 was stolen.

-Discharging firearm into an occupied dwelling from the 300 block of Signal Trail, Indian Springs. A 9-millimeter fired bullet, multiple shell casings and an unfired bullet were recovered.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 30000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville.

Feb. 2

-Harassment from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Hackberry Lane, Chelsea.

-DUI, assault from Shelby County 303 and Heritage Road, Shelby. A 2018 Honda Pioneer5 1000 UTV was damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from the 800 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Civil dispute from Pine Oaks, Montevallo.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of Old Highway 25, Columbiana. A plastic bag with a green leafy substance thought to be marijuana (.5 gram) and a syringe with residue were confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property third degree from Rutherford Loop, Birmingham. A generator valued at $735.97 was stolen.

-Missing person from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

-Assault from Shelby County 303 and Heritage Road, Shelby.

Feb. 3

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. A clear, crystal-like substance thought to be meth (0.4 gram) was recovered.

-Property damage from the 4900 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana. A 2007 Toyota Camry sustained $2,500 in damages.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. $100 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Tom Aqua lifter valued at $43.99 was stolen.

-Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property second from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. Adderrall (32 count), A Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus valued at $600, cash in the amount of $120, a wallet and seven phone chargers valued at $20 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 19000 block of River Drive, Shelby.

-Information from the 700 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 48800 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 7000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Menacing from the 300 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana.

-Property damage from Shelby County 13 near Shelby County 52, Helena.

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 48000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.

Feb. 4

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea. A half pallet of roofing shingles valued at $1,100 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Shelby County 93, Helena.

-Domestic investigation from Dubose Circle, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Shelby County 22 and Falling Rock Falls, Montevallo. A 2009 Dodge Charger was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 56000 block of Alabama 25, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6200 block of Retreat Circle, Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Leaf Drive, Harpersville.

-SORNA violation from the 2000 block of Shelby County 45, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 5500 block of Double Oak Lane at Our Lady of the Valley Church, Birmingham. A 2016 Lexus ES350ES was damaged.

-Property damage from the 25000 block of Old Highway 25, Columbiana. A 2018 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 block of Shelby County 9, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-trespass from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Cahaba Beach Lane, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from an unknown location in Ohio.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Various cards, driver’s licenses and $25 in cash were stolen.

Feb. 5

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Riverhills Business Park Suite, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Weldon Drive, Chelsea. A leather wallet was recovered.

-Dog bite from the 5100 block of Colonial Park Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 12-pack of Coors beer valued at $12.99 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Various cards were recovered.

-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 4500 block of Old Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Jewelry valued at $500 was stolen, and a door and deadbolt sustained $500 in damages.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A counterfeit $20 bill was forged.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Robbery third degree from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A total of 14 vape pens with values ranging from $7.99 to $47.94 were stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of River Hills Business Park, Birmingham.

-Trespass from the 16700 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham. Six extension cords valued at $400, two sets of towing chains valued at $80, collectible tea pots valued at $200, an electric guitar and home goods were reported.

-Assault third degree from the 48000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.

Feb. 6

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Fowler Lane, Shelby. Heroin (0.2 gram) and a used syringe were confiscated.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Weldon Drive, Chelsea. A 2009 Chevy Silverado was damaged.

-Property damage from Alabama 119 and U.S. 31, Alabaster. A 2019 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 30 block of Spring Creek Way, Shelby.

-Public intoxication from the 17000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. White and clear vape (pure) was confiscated.

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Farmingdale Road, Harpersville. A 2008 Ford Mustang valued at $36,000 was stolen.

-Identity theft possibly from Lithonia, Georgia.

-Assault from the 600 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lybrand Road, Sterrett.

Feb. 7

-Death investigation from the 2500 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Brent Road, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 16700 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Probation revocation, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett. A green leafy substance and glass pipe were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Sunset Lake Lane, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 25000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana. $59.40 worth of gas was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Shelby County 52, Helena.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Two knives were recovered.
