The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 4-13:

Feb. 4

-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham.

Feb. 6

-Runaway juvenile from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 2600 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

Feb. 7

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 2600 block of Buttewoods Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property second degree from the 8300 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville. A Rossi 357 Magnum was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from a home in Montevallo.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 900 block of Masters Lane, Birmingham. A Dell laptop valued at $1,500, Swiss Gear backpack valued at $50 and Apple iPad valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 100 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from Briarwood Christian School.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Knollwood Drive, Birmingham.

Feb. 8

-Promoting prison contraband second degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. An orange substance believed to be Suboxone (0.1 gram) was recovered.

-Promoting prison contraband third degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Four pills believed to be Ibuprofen (1.4 grams) and a pill believed to be Meloxicam (0.1 gram) were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabama 70 and Alabama 25, Columbiana. A syringe with methamphetamine was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Truss Curry Circle, Shelby. A crystal-like substance believed to be meth (1 gram) and a glass pipe were confiscated.

-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 100 block of Liberty Cove, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of St. Annes Drive, Birmingham.

-Missing person, runaway juvenile from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Shelby County 260, Maylene.

-Discharging firearm into occupied building from the 5000 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo. Blinds were damaged.

Feb. 9

-Menacing from the 500 block of Massey Road.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Diamond Lane, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Woodbury Place, Sterrett.

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from Highland Lakes Drive at U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Sterrett.

-Permitting dog to roam at large from the 500 block of Massey Road, Alabaster.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea. A metal door, surveillance camera, siren and ATM sustained a combined $400 in damages, and a large quantity of medications and the entire monetary contents of the ATM were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Millers Farm Road, Columbiana.

-Structure fire from the 100 block of Ford Drive, Columbiana. A double wide mobile home was damaged.

-Domestic violence by strangulation, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 1100 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order, domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

Feb. 10

-Indecent exposure from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued between $600 and $800 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Skyline Drive, Indian Springs.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 2900 block of Shelby County 109, Wilsonville.

-Missing person from the 2200 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Attempt to elude from an unnamed location.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 0 block of Turtle Cove Lane, Maylene.

-Trespass warning from the 1000 block of Shelby County 277, Helena.

-Forgery, theft of property from the 900 block of Paradise Point Drive, Columbiana. $150 was stolen from a check, and $1,650 was stolen via wire transfer.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Crossbrook Trail, Chelsea. A wedge and ramp combo pillow valued at $64.85 was stolen.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 6700 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Distribution of a private image from the 1000 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

Feb. 11

-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-DUI-alcohol from the 25000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana.

-Domestic incident from the 3000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Property damage from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham. Doors to two storage units were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 13500 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. $460 was stolen from a gift card.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Palomino Trail, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Shelby County 49 at Hughes Drive, Columbiana. A 2015 Chevy Impala was damaged.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3800 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. $100 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover. A check was cashed for $1,500.

Feb. 12

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Katie Acres Lane, Wilsonville.

-Missing person from the 600 block of Reed Creek Drive, Shelby.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Shelby County 45 Sterrett.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Walters Cove, Sterrett.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 1300 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. A total of 17 chickens were killed.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 2200 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A 2004 Nissan Altima was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana. A 2015 Hyundai Sonata was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 1300 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Forgery from the 15500 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A $20 bill was counterfeited.

-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 60 block of New Bridge Lane, Columbiana. A door and frame valued at $700 were damaged.

-Found property from the 200 block of McClure Drive, Wilsonville.

Feb. 13

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Walters Cove, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Hobbs Circle, Wilsonville. There was fire and smoke damage to an attic area and walls.

-Property Damage from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A 2005 Dodge Caravan was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Assault from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.
