Pelham FBC Agape Class members enjoy Mardi Gras luncheon

Members of the Pelham First Baptist Church Agape Class were treated to a Mardi Gras style lunch at the beautiful Vinzant Home in Montevallo on Friday, Feb. 14.

Faye LaCagnina was honored with notes from those attending, expressing their appreciation for the many things she does for the class and for her many volunteer efforts.
Faye’s husband, Richard LaCagnina, passed away recently, and Helen Bunn of Vinzant Home expressed her appreciation to Faye for her assistance and friendship over the years.
Vinzant Home is a special place providing respite for families of the Alabama National Cemetery where families can pause and relax between interment at the cemetery and their trip back home. It offers privacy, a meal of comfort food and three hours of visitation to families bereaved by the loss of a military hero.
