The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 12-21:

Feb. 12

-Transmitting obscene material to a child by computer from an unnamed location.

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 8000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

Feb. 13

-Theft of property from the 8000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo. A Zakk Wylde custom Les Paul electric guitar with case valued at $600 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Edgewater Lane, Chelsea. Two dogs, a miniature Schnauzer valued at $2,000 and a miniature Yorkshire Terrier valued at $1,000, were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Burglary second degree, criminal mischief from the 100 block of Wildwood Chapel Road, Columbiana. $3,300, in addition to a flat screen TV, a chainsaw valued at $200, and a chainsaw valued at $700 were stolen. A window was damaged.

-Identity theft from Regions Bank. Withdrawals from the victim’s accounts totaled $25,088.

-Assault from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea at Chelsea Middle School.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Theft of lost property fourth degree from the 4500 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham. A credit card and driver’s license were stolen.

Feb. 14

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 10 block of Dusty Way, Wilsonville. A 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was damaged.

-Missing person from the 200 block of Olmstead Street, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Ashton Woods Drive, Chelsea. A 2007 Dodge Nitro was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A wallet and contents were stolen.

-Promoting prison contraband second degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A used syringe with meth residue was confiscated.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Violation of domestic violence protection order from Brent Road, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Possession of a controlled substance from Shelby County 43 and Hunter’s Lane, Vandiver. A syringe with meth (10.6 milliliters) was confiscated.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Wildwood Chapel Road, Columbiana. Amounts of $107.33, $57 and $54 were stolen.

-Financial exploitation of an elderly person from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Forgery from the 200 block of Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo. Amounts of $1,500 and $2,742.13 were stolen from checks.

Feb. 15

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 1800 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville. A Jeep Commander sustained $500 in damages.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 5200 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (2.2 grams) was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Davis Street, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from Alabama 145 near Shelby County 311, Shelby. A 2013 Acura MDX was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Shelby County 22 and Triple B Drive, Montevallo. A patrol car was damaged.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 500 block of Meadow Ridge Circle, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Narrows Point Circle, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Lilac Lane, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett. A 2017 Honda Accord was damaged.

-DUI from Meadow Lake Drive and Corporate Parkway, Birmingham. Marijuana (1.1 grams) was confiscated.

-Theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville. A pistol and a Nike bag were stolen.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Shelby County 443, Chelsea.

-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call, domestic violence criminal mischief third degree from the 700 block of North Horton Road, Wilsonville. A Samsung cell phone valued at $300 was damaged.

-Harassment from the 2400 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

Feb. 16

-Resisting arrest from the 100 block of Mayfair Lane, Calera. A door frame was damaged.

-Assault second degree from the 25000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana. A Ruger .22-caliber rifle and a High Point 9-millimeter pistol were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation, civil dispute from the 100 block of Rhinehart Lane, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5000 block of Beaver Brook CV, Birmingham. A ladder valued at $400 was stolen.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Reckless endangerment from the 800 block of Atchison Trace, Columbiana.

-Suicide attempt from Shelby County 223, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Shelby County 61 near Wandering Meadows Drive, Columbiana. A 2016 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 0 block of John Sparkman Court, Vincent. A glass pipe was confiscated.

-Possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 900 block of Talon Way, Birmingham. Marijuana (2 grams) and a grinder were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Griffin Park Trace, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 55, Chelsea. A vehicle tire and rim and oil pan were damaged.

-Property damage from Alabama 25 at Shelby County 441, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 9500 block of Westover. An iPhone 6 valued at $300 and a bottle of Adderall (24 count, 20 milligrams) were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 20 block of Nevinshire Place, Birmingham.

Feb. 21

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 246-mile marker of I-65 North. A green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (17.4 grams) was recovered.

-Identity theft from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham. $98.75 was stolen from the victim’s account.
