NORTH SHELBY – The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing 16-year-old.

Jay Rashad Nolen is a black male who is described as about 6 feet tall, 135 pounds and with a short hair-style, according to the SCSO.

Nolen may have left his home off Valleydale Road in Shelby County on the morning of Saturday, March 7.
