The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 15-21:

March 15

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4600 block of Shelby County 13, Helena. A 2019 Mercedes Benz Smart Car was damaged.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 3600 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, carrying a pistol without a license from the 900 block of Old Highway 25, Columbiana. Suspected meth (.5 gram) and a glass pipe with residue were confiscated; a Heritage Rough Rider 22-caliber revolver was damaged; and suspected marijuana (.5 gram) was damaged or destroyed.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Liberty Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic incident from the 2500 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.

-Information from the 100 block of Beach Loop, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of LB Road, Pelham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. An Alabama license plate valued at $27.77 was stolen.

-Property damage from the 500 block of Airpark Drive, Wilsonville. A window was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of The Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from the area of Dunnavant Valley Road and U.S. 280. A 2013 Mercedes GL450 was damaged.

March 16

-Harassment from the 1800 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton. A front door was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 3000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. An apartment and contents were damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham. A Crown Berkeley water filter valued at $360 and glass water bottles valued at $15 were damaged.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Turquoise Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Beach Loop, Shelby.

-Identity theft from the 14000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 0 block of Magnolia Way, Montevallo.

-Menacing from the 200 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 1300 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A wallet and contents were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 7100 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from the 1300 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A wallet and contents were stolen.

March 17

-Promoting prison contraband second degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Buprenorphine Hydrochloride (.9 gram) and an unidentified pill (.3 gram) were recovered.

-Property damage from the 1600 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic incident from Shelby County 260, Maylene.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Beane Drive, Columbiana.

-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2014 Infiniti QX80 was damaged.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 27200 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A debit card was stolen.

-Information from the 100 block of Anglers Lane, Shelby.

-Identity theft from the 16000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Personal identifying information was stolen that allowed three false accounts to be opened. The total amount stolen was $2,071.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2020 renewal sticker for tag was stolen.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham. A 2007 Lexus RX350 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6000 block of Bent River Cove, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property first degree from the 2900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. $3,491.11 was stolen.

-Discharging firearm into an occupied automobile from Highway 41 between Dunnavant Place and U.S. 280. A 2015 Nissan Armada was damaged.

March 18

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Bent River Circle, Birmingham. A deadbolt lock valued at $30 was damaged.

-Incident from the 7500 block of Shelby County 43, Sterrett.

-Information from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 5100 block of Skylark Drive, Birmingham. A water main supply line to a residence was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 6700 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo.

-Identity theft from an unknown location.

-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 2100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from an unknown location.

-Civil dispute from the 2400 block of Vale Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 1600 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 2400 block of Vale Drive, Birmingham.

March 19

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Eagle Wood Court, Birmingham. Heroin (0.3 gram) and a used syringe were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 48000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver.

-Duty to remain at scene of accident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2016 Lexus GX460 was damaged.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 471, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Valleydale Terrace, Birmingham. A Smith & Wesson 9-millimeter semi-automatic pistol valued at $423.50 was stolen.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from Bay Lane, Shelby.

-Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance from the 5000 block of Broken Bow Lane, Birmingham. A meth lab generator, batteries and various other trash related to a meth lab were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 42000 block of Alabama 25, Vincent.

-Missing person from the 3000 block of Southern Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 West, Birmingham.

March 20

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 7100 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. Five bags of Juicy Drop gummies and one Juicy Drop pop valued at $10.50 were stolen.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle in the area of 53000 Alabama 25, Vandiver.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. An LG Smart TV valued at $198 was recovered.

-Harassment from Chestnut Lane, Helena.

-Incident from the 51000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport sustained $300 in damages.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2001 Volvo S80 sustained $250 in damages.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2015 Chevrolet Colorado and a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe sustained $400 each in damages.

-Missing person-runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 1300 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

March 21

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 3700 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Menacing from Beatrice Lane, Montevallo. A Phantom BB handgun was confiscated.

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana.

-Harassment, criminal mischief from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2010 Mazda 3 was damaged.

-Violation of control of dangerous dogs, permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Sheffield Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Public intoxication from U.S. 280 West near Boardman Drive, Chelsea.

-Information from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Juvenile runaway from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Lakeshore Cove, Birmingham. A 2012 Honda Pilot was damaged.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Perkins Pointe, Columbiana.
