Augusta “Gus” Warren Bost, age 93, of Birmingham, wife of the late James V. Bost, died peacefully at Fair Haven Nursing Home on Friday, April 10.

The private graveside service was held Tuesday, April 14 at 11 a.m. at Pinelawn Gardens in Columbiana.

Gus is survived by her daughters, Terry Glenn (Ray) and Cathy Moore (Danny); grandchildren, Amanda and Stephen Moore; brother-in-law, Paul Bost (Sara); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gus was a retired executive secretary. She was an avid reader, a fantastic knitter, and a wonderful cook. She will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to the Presbyterian Home for Children in Talladega.
