The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 6-15:

April 6

-Domestic violence from Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence from Nelson Circle, Montevallo. A Sony PlayStation 4 valued at $350 was damaged.

April 9

-Assault from the 200 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea.

April 10

-Destruction of state property from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A sprinkler head was damaged.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 4000 block of Shelby County 85, Vincent. A radio cassette player valued at $150, Epson printer valued at $300, commercial vacuum cleaner valued at $300, vacuum cleaner valued at $75, assorted paper products and cleaning supplies valued at $200 and a flat screen TV valued at $300 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal trespass from the 2900 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A Taurus 9-millimeter firearm and suspected marijuana (2.6 grams) were confiscated.

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Dovecote Circle, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Incident from Dorough Road, Columbiana.

April 11

-Menacing from the 100 block of Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 6300 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville.

-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call from Shelby County 43, Sterrett.

-Menacing from the 6000 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville.

-Incident from Shelby County 62 East, Vincent.

-Incident from Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 2700 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 1300 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A 2008 Dodge Avenger was damaged.

-Menacing from near the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 300 block of Lake Drive, Shelby.

April 12

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 6100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Meadow Creek Lane, Alabaster.

-Runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Forest Ridge Circle, Chelsea. Damage to attic area of residence, as well as attic access ladder and outside.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Meadow Creek Lane, Alabaster.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 13000 block of Shelby County 73, Wilton. Suspected crystal meth and two syringes were confiscated.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of McConico Road, Vincent.

-DUI from Shelby County 47 and Joe White Road, Shelby.

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5000 block of Palomino Trail, Birmingham.

-Runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham.

April 13

-Domestic violence-harassment from Willow Leaf Circle, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 8100 block of Shelby County 17, Maylene.

-Harassment from the 1000 block of Locksley Circle, Birmingham.

-Assault, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 1000 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Newsome Road, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Willow Leaf Circle, Wilsonville.

-Incident from Shelby County 9 in the area of Kate Farm Road, Wilsonville. A 2017 Nissan Versa was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 1800 block of Smyer Lake Road, Birmingham.

April 14

-Harassment from the 200 block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Theft fourth degree from the 1400 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville. A Stihl chainsaw valued at $250 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from Kenley Way, Birmingham. A large, drive-in gate was damaged.

-Incident from the 8100 block of Shelby County 17, Maylene.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Theft, burglary from the 1400 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville. About 20 horse saddles valued at $2,000 and horse bridles, bits and stirrups valued at $250 were stolen; a barn door with a lock clasp valued at $100 was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree (two counts), unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 block of Shelby County 5, Wilsonville. A DeWalt ¼ Impact valued at $200 and $300 in cash were stolen.

-Incident (DHR) from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property fourth degree from the 43000 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent. An Exide tractor battery valued at $129.95 was stolen.

-Incident from the 100 block of Youth Home Drive, Sterrett.

April 15

-Burglary, theft of property fourth degree from the 11000 block of U.S. 280, Westover. Cigarettes valued at $168 and Extenze Plus (12 count) valued at $72 were stolen. A door was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Bethlehem Church Road, Shelby.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A Vizio 4K TV valued at $338 and a MacBook valued at $1,200 were stolen.

-Theft of property from Salser Lane, Columbiana. A gold bracelet valued at $3,950, diamond earrings valued at $2,850, diamond ring valued at $6,900, diamond wedding set valued at $2,350, pendant with gold chain valued at $2,314.81 and earrings with diamonds valued at $650 were stolen.

-Property damage from the 2000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A 2017 Volvo tractor trailer was damaged.

-Incident from Dusty Way, Harpersville.

-Incident from Westover Road, Sterrett.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Weeping Circle.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. $650 in cash, a box of diapers valued at $20 and a cell phone charger valued at $15 were stolen.

-Receiving stolen property from Winding Trail, Harpersville. A Smith & Wesson 9-millimeter handgun was recovered.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 2500 block of Shelby County 11, Pelham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

April 16

-Juvenile runaway from Youth Drive, Westover.

-Theft of property from the 60 block of Youth Drive, Westover. A 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue was stolen.

-Runaway juvenile from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Agency assist from Shelby Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Shelby County 8, Montevallo.

-DUI from Shelby County 55 and 40, Wilsonville.

-Incident from Merry Hill Lane, Sterrett. Plastic fencing valued at $1,500 was damaged.

-Incident from the 100 block of Ashford Circle, Birmingham.

April 17

-Theft of property first degree from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2019 Nissan Altima valued at $24,000 was stolen.

-Incident from the 1100 block of First Street South, Alabaster.
