The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 12-23:

April 12

-Harassment, menacing from the 2600 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville.

April 16

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 200 block of Bent Tree Acres, Birmingham. A Regions debit card was stolen.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

April 17

-Incident from the 100 block of Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo.

-Robbery from the 100 block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea. An iPad Air was stolen.

-Robbery from the 100 block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea. An iPhone 7, credit/debit card, flower canvas bag, New Jersey driver’s license, purse, Michael Kors wallet and $11 cash were stolen.

-Robbery from the 100 block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea. An iPhone 10, credit/debit card, insurance card, AL OLN and wallet were stolen.

-Robbery from the 100 block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea. A cactus wallet, credit/debit card, car keys, insurance card and AL OLN were stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property second degree from the 2200 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo. Heavy duty tool box with tools valued at $250, roll of 223 cable wire valued at $200, deer feeder valued at $250 and lawn chairs valued at $50 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Little Creek Circle, Chelsea.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett. A total of $2,570 was stolen from a debit card.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Saintfield Lane, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 6000 block of English Village Lane, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 5000 block of Weatherford Drive, Birmingham. Marijuana (5 grams) and a grinder with accessories were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 4000 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. Gasoline (7.5 gallons) valued at $12.60 was stolen.

April 18

-Receiving stolen property first degree from the 1600 block of Montgomery Highway No. 4, Hoover. Two Yamaha WaveRunners were recovered.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 0 block of Edy Lane, Shelby.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from Bent Tree Acres, Birmingham.

-Missing person-juvenile from the 100 block of Al-Youth Drive, Westover.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 700 block of Shelby County 52, Helena.

-Theft of property fourth degree from an unknown location. A tag expiration sticker was stolen.

-Incident from the 4100 block of Heritage Oaks Circle, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 4800 block of Riverwood Place, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 5300 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Alabama 119, Birmingham. Yellow tape and signs were stolen.

April 19

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Keller Drive, Vincent.

-Incident from the 2000 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham.

-Domestic incident from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Accidental overdose from the 100 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Shelby County 47 at Shelby County 49, Chelsea. A 1999 Ford F150 was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Glaze Road, Vincent. Window trim valued at $100 was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2200 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.

April 20

-Domestic investigation from the 9200 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham. A total of $45 was stolen through a PayPal account.

-SORNA violation from the 1500 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-SORNA violation from the 1500 block of First Street North, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the Internet / phone. U.S. currency totaling $6,500 was stolen.

-Incident from the 100 block of Woodward Drive, Pelham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1100 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence, interference with domestic violence call from the 30 block of Homestead Trail, Pelham. An iPhone and miscellaneous items were damaged.

-Burglary, theft of property fourth degree from the 1700 block of Shelby County 36, Chelsea. A DeWalt chop saw with a new blade valued at $400 was stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 3000 block of Somerset Trace, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Birdsong Lane, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road at I-65, Pelham. A 2020 Chevy Malibu was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 9200 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

April 21

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 8 and Shelby County 73, Montevallo. A clear glass pipe with residue was recovered.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 300 block of Shelby County 335, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Forest Parkway, Alabaster.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Shelby County 101, Westover.

-Suicide attempt from Cyrus Circle, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Glass window for one side of double door valued at $500 was damaged.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Brooks Alley, Hoover. A Yeti cooler valued at $250 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 East at Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A glass pipe was confiscated.

-Animal bite from the 300 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville at Oak Meadows Park.

-Civil incident from the 2200 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.

April 22

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Cloverleaf Street, Vandiver.

-Receiving stolen property fourth degree from the 14000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A Stihl chainsaw valued at $250 was recovered.

-Permitting dog to run at large from the 300 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Incident from the 100 block of Southern Hills Parkway, Calera.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Vassar Circle, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 6000 block of English Village Lane, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana from Shelby County 71 at Monstellars Lane, Shelby. A small bag containing a white crystal like substance (1.5 grams) and a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance (2 grams) were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.

-Found property from the 1000 block of Emerald Circle, Birmingham. A ProMark VR drone was recovered.

April 23

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana. A car window sustained $300 in damages.

-Incident from the 400 block of Shelby County 9, Wilsonville.

-Runaway juvenile from the 0 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

-Incident from the 1500 block of Shelby County 69, Chelsea. A strobe light housing and driver’s side door were damaged.

-Incident from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Meadow Creek Lane, Alabaster.

-Menacing from the 300 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Disorderly conduct from the 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton.

-Permitting dogs to run at large, 100 block of Flat Branch Road, Shelby.

-Permitting dogs to run at large, 100 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea.
