The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 29-May 7:

April 29

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Triple B Drive, Montevallo. A buck valued at $15,000 was damaged.

April 30

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 9000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 2000 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Resisting arrest, disorderly conduct from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 11000 block of Highway 441 South, Micanopy, Florida.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 900 block of Shelby County 202, Calera.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5000 block of Applecross Road, Birmingham.

May 1

-Incident from the 200 block of Shelby County 62, Harpersville.

-Incident from the 600 block of Shelby County 442, Sterrett.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 4000 block of Chesapeake Cv., Birmingham. $2,700 was stolen from a Chase credit card.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Lydia Lane, Wilsonville. An AC Delco 2-ton jack with stands valued at $70, Alpena hex light valued at $22, dash cam valued at $10 and men’s wallet containing a Cash Out card valued at $10 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Honeysuckle Road, Helena.

-Burglary, unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4000 block of Belcher Drive, Birmingham. Various hand tools, a Stihl backpack blower valued at $400 and battery charger were stolen; and a right rear window of vehicle and lock were damaged.

-Unlawful use of credit/debit card from the 400 block of Shelby County 433, Chelsea. A total of $1,062.49 was stolen via debit card.

-Incident from the 0 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Shelby County 86, Shelby. A 2012 Hyundai Genesis sustained a total of $1,050 in damages.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Approximately eight cartons of Traffic and L&M cigarettes were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280 and Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Marijuana (approximately 3 grams) was confiscated.

-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of Perthsire Court, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, marijuana from the 400 block of Shelby County 231, Vincent. A Taurus PT 24/7 40-caliber, a green leafy substance (3 grams), crystal-like substance (.5 gram), Hydrocodone (3 grams), Alprazolam (.5 gram) and an unknown clear liquid substance with syringes were confiscated.

-Harassment from the 15000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. An iPhone 7 Plus valued at $400 was damaged.

-Harassing communications from the 700 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville.

-Incident from the 6600 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-DUI from Old Stone Drive and Inverness Parkway, Birmingham.

May 2

-Incident from the 5000 block of Old Mill Court, Indian Springs.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5200 block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 2200 block of Hearthwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Public lewdness from the 100 block of Sunrise Circle, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence from the 300 block of Birminghan Street, Wilton.

-DUI alcohol from U.S. 280 East at Scotch Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

-Information from the 200 block of Ward Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 3000 block of Shelby County 32, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Fisherman’s CV, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 0 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A Ziplock bag with a crystal substance (approximately 8.4 grams), Ziploc bag with roach and assorted pills, and a glass L-shaped pipe with residue were confiscated; two pipes, a bong and a plastic container were damaged or destroyed.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawfully carrying a pistol from Chelsea Station Drive and Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea. An FNX-45 .45 ACP and three baggies containing cocaine (4 grams) were confiscated.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 East at Scotch Drive, Birmingham.

-DUI from U.S. 20 at Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

May 3

-DUI-alcohol from the 11000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Shelby County 416, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence from the 20 block of Allen Drive, Chelsea. A tank top was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 70 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, burglary from the 4000 block of Westover Road, Westover. A key fob for a 2013 Ford Flex SEL valued at $500, Oakley sunglasses valued at $75 and an antique cigarette container valued at $10 were stolen.

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea.

-Found property from the 100 block of Shelby County 303, Shelby. A 2014 GMC U-Haul box van was recovered.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 70 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham. A Gatorade bottle altered into bong, grinder with suspected marijuana residue, marijuana (approximately 12 grams) and two yellow pills were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from Crest Road, Birmingham. Marijuana inside a torn white baggie (1.2 grams), marijuana inside a torn clear baggie (3.3 grams), marijuana inside two Cigarillo rolls (1.1 grams), black bag containing three separate baggies, all containing marijuana (total weight 3.3 grams), two sockets inside bottlecaps containing marijuana residue, and a water bong made of a plastic bottle and socket containing marijuana residue were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 3900 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. Suspected marijuana in a medicine bottle (2.7 grams) was recovered.

-Burglary from the 20 block of Inverness Center Parkway, Birmingham. A Porter cable air compressor valued at $199, Craftsman generator valued at $806, Ryobi pressure washer valued at $500 were stolen; and Master lock valued at $12 was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Randolph Drive, Wilton. A pill container filled with meth was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of Randolph Drive, Wilton. A pill container filled with meth was confiscated.

May 4

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5000 block of Parkview Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Kline Road, Harpersville. Silver spoon with suspected heroin residue and glass pipe with suspected marijuana residue were confiscated.

-Criminal mischief from Depot Street, Wilton. A 2005 Ford F250 windshield valued at $200 and a metal shed sustained $100 in damages.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo. A garden tiller valued at $131.24 was stolen.

-Robbery from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Adidas tennis shoes valued at $150 and Nike tennis shoes valued at $150 were stolen.

-Harassment from an unnamed location.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 4000 block of Heritage View Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of St. Michael’s Court, Leeds.

-Domestic investigation from the 2300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea.

May 5

-Attempted murder from the 1800 block of River Road, Helena.

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Forest Meadows Circle, Birmingham.

-Information from Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea.

-Information from the 100 block of Park Place Circle. A Savage 20-gauge rifle and a Dan Wesson .357 Magnum were confiscated.

-Incident from the 800 block of Whisehunt Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea. A 2018 Miller Electric Big Blue 400PRO welder valued at $15,373.39 and a 2018 Lincoln Vantage 300 welder valued at $15,692.05 were stolen.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. A 2006 Yamaha Royal Star, 2011 Ford F-150 and chain link fence were damaged.

-Incident from the 10300 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 block of Shelby County 446, Columbiana. A keychain valued at $15.10, pocket knife valued at $18.31 and fleece blanket valued at $20 were stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Newsome Road, Wilsonville.

May 6

-Property damage from the 9000 block of U.S. 280, Westover. A 2018 Chevy Traverse was damaged.

May 7

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 10000 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett. Two Wetsound Rev10 tower speakers valued at $2,102.10 and one Wetsound 4-channel amplifier valued at $558 were stolen; a boat cover valued at $1,478.47 and a portion of fence valued at $250 were damaged.

-Incident from an unknown location.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Mickey’s Circle, Harpersville. A Taurus .22-caliber revolver, eight live .22-caliber rounds and a .22-caliber spent casing were confiscated.

-Attempting to elude, speeding, no driver’s license from the 9800 block of Shelby County 11 South, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 1700 block of Hiawatha Road, Calera. An air compressor valued at $150 was damaged.

-Trespassing notification from the 100 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 139, Wilton. A 2016 Dodge Caravan was damaged.
