-Domestic violence third degree, criminal mischief second degree from the 600 block of Ninth Court Southwest. A 2016 Nissan Rouge sustained $501 in damages.

May 16

-Theft of services from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza. Food valued at $198.15 was stolen.

-Dangerous drugs-PDP drug paraphernalia-1st offense and dangerous drugs-POM 2 possession of marijuana from AL-119 (field/woods). Confiscated was marijuana 1.00 not reported; marijuana and wooden marijuana container and pipe valued at $30.

-Obstruction-violation of a domestic violence protection order from Jones Road (residence/home).

-Dangerous drugs-synthetic narcotic-possession from Montevallo (highway/street). Confiscated was other narcotics 9.40 grams; 9.4 grams of synthetic marijuana valued at $100.

-Dangerous drugs-POM 2 possession of marijuana and liquor-OCV container-alcohol in a vehicle from Montevallo (highway/street). Confiscated was marijuana 1.60 grams and S&W 9MM valued at $350.

-Dangerous drugs-PDP drug paraphernalia-1st offense and dangerous drugs-methamphetamine-possess from AL Highway 25 (convenient store). Confiscated was amphetamines/methamphetamines 2.00 grams; clear baggy containing 2.0 grams of methampheramine and glass smoking pipe valued at $35.
