The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from May 14-21:

May 14

-Material harmful to minors from the 100 block of Silver Lane, Alabaster.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Dogwood Ridge, Wilsonville. A shed containing tools and other items valued at a combined $7,500 was burned.

May 15

-Missing person from the 100 block of Fulton Road, Columbiana.

-Menacing from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 6300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Hydrocodone pills (25 count) were stolen.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 700 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Recovery of stolen firearm from underneath river bridge of U.S. 280 East, Harpersville. A Hi-Point firearm valued at $650 was recovered.

-Public intoxication from the 4000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft fourth degree from the 2000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. An Apple iPad valued at $329 was stolen.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Stone Brook Drive, Birmingham.

-Violation of protection order from the 300 block of Turnberry Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. A 2019 Honda Accord was damaged.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 at Budgetel, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 17500 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A car was stolen.

-Reckless endangerment from the 100 block of Oakdale Drive, Montevallo.

-Public intoxication from the 4000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

May 16

-Domestic violence assault from Burnham Street, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 at 280 Package Store, Birmingham. A 2006 Honda CRV was stolen.

-Domestic violence assault from the 4000 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham. An iPhone valued at $500 was damaged.

-Assault third degree, menacing from the 10000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 100 block of Church Drive, Montevallo. A Husqvarna riding mower valued at $800, washer and dryer valued at $600, Sanyo TV valued at $135, compact refrigerator valued at $65 and ladder valued at $175 were stolen; a fence was damaged.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Juvenile runaway from Valentine Lane, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from Heatherbrooke Road, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Suspected marijuana and suspected heroin were recovered.

-DUI-alcohol from the 21800 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster. A stone squirrel statue was damaged in two places at the tail.

-ATV accident with property damage and injury, agency assist from the 100-200 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo. A Red Polaris ATV was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Suspected marijuana and heroin were recovered.

May 17

-Juvenile runaway from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Contributing to the delinquency, dependency or need of supervision of children; endangering the welfare of a child from the 8400 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 3500 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence harassment, criminal trespass from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 100 block of Grant Street, Montevallo. A CD containing a photograph of the documented injury and a broken pair of scissors were recovered.

-Death investigation from the 2200 block of Harris and Wright Drive, Birmingham. Clonodine (0.2 milligrams, 22 count) and Alprazolam (0.5 milligrams, 1 count) were damaged or destroyed.

-Permit to carry pistol in vehicle or concealed on person from Shelby County 62 and Raley Street, Vincent. A Smith & Wesson .38 Special and ammunition were confiscated.

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 62 and Shelby County 85, Vincent. A clear, tubular piece of plastic with white residue was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident/civil issue from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham at Days Inn.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene.

May 18

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 80 block of Chesser-Crane Road, Chelsea. Marijuana in a pill bottle (4 grams) was confiscated.

-Assault, menacing from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Distributing a private image, domestic violence-harassing communications from Carr Drive, Vincent.

-Assault second degree from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A spent Taser cartridge was recovered.

-Criminal mischief from Shelby County 251, Montevallo. A park sign was damaged.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby. A flower plant, door and door frame were damaged.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from River Drive at Rocking Chair Road, Wilsonville. A Captain Morgan silver MP3 player cooler valued at $200 was stolen, and vehicle paint valued at $100 was damaged.

-Incident from Alabama 25, Wilton.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 100 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Birmingham Street, Wilton. A security camera valued at $30 was recovered.

-Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 100 block of Kilberry Circle, Pelham.

-Incident from Cahaba Park Circle and U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Kenley Way, Birmingham. A Toyota 4Runner was damaged.

-Harassing communications from the 1500 block of Hiawatha Road, Calera.

-Violation of domestic violence protection order from the 100 block of Diamond Lane, Montevallo.

-Menacing, harassment from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Found property from U.S. 280, Birmingham. A wallet and a Regions Visa debit card were recovered.

May 19

-Public intoxication from the 1400 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence criminal mischief from Monte Verde Drive, Montevallo. A door and door frame valued at $400 were damaged.

-Permitting dogs to run at large, animal bite from the 300 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A row boat with motor valued at $1,500 air compressor valued at $800, trailer valued at $700, steel workbench valued at $500 and other miscellaneous items valued at $600 were stolen; an overhead rollup door valued at $1,000 was damaged.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 200 block of Shelby County 52, Helena. A 2008 Jeep Wrangler valued at $13,000, 2015 Acura MDX valued at $16,990, two license plates, shotgun valued at $75 and key fob to a Chevy Equinox valued at $120 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 50 block of Roll Tide Road, Bessemer. A utility trailer valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Lost property from Hayes Circle and Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Theft of lost property fourth degree from the 200 block of Meadowcrest Farm Road, Wilsonville. A Tag valued at $30 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Spring Creek, Shelby. A piece of a grocery bag containing what appeared to be a crushed pill (field tested positive for heroin, 0.5 gram) and cut straws were recovered.

-Harassment from the 700 block of Heatherwood Drive, Hoover.

-Incident from Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Information from the 1000 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville.

-Incident from the 2000 block of Eagle Park Lane, Birmingham. A small amount of marijuana, grinder, water bottle used as a bong, bottle of Sky Vodka and two bottles of vape juice were damaged or destroyed.

-Commitment order from the 100 block of Linden Lane, Birmingham.

-Fleeding or attempting to elude from the 1800 block of Middle Street, Montevallo.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Chesser Loop Circle, Chelsea. A Social Security number was stolen and a credit card was counterfeited.

-Theft of property from Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. $2,000 was stolen.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A wooden door and metal lock were damaged.

May 20

-Incident from Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Theft (two counts), theft fourth degree from an unknown address in Wilsonville. A prescription bottle of Suboxone, prescription bottle of Klonopin, wallet with $180 inside, designer jeans valued at $200, three men’s T-shirts valued at $30 and a pair of New Balance men’s tennis shoes valued at $85 were stolen.

-Incident from the 400 block of Shelby County 314, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Forest Parks Road, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 4100 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from Walt Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1400 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A plastic bag of leafy substance (marijuana), plastic bag of white powdery substance (cocaine) plastic bottle of blue pills (Alprazolam) and one small plastic pipe were confiscated.

-Property damage from Walt Drive, Birmingham. A metal door was damaged.

-Fugitive from justice-probation violation from Alabama 25 at Mallory Lane, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Shelby County 332, Pelham.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Brantleyville Court, Maylene. A sterling silver necklace was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

May 21

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, public intoxication from the 300 block of Phillips Road, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Kerry Downs Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver. Amatriptoline (100 milligrams, about five count), clothes and a flashlight were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of First Street North, Alabaster.

-Fire investigation-vehicle fire from Peel Road. A John Deere skidder valued at $125,000 was burned.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Civil dispute from the 8000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 900 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A Taurus 9-millimeter was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Four packs of Sutter Home wine minis valued at $32 and a 42-tablet pack of Lansoprazole valued at $23 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Eagle Point Court, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1800 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 1400 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Birmingham. A mailbox and post valued at $250 were damaged.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from Nearest Lane, Alabaster.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Glaze Road, Vincent.
