Indian Springs Village residents can look forward to a new spot to get a quick bite to eat when a Chipotle restaurant opens up on Valleydale Road.

A new Chipotle restaurant is set to open in Shelby County at 2641 Valleydale Road in Indian Springs Village in the former BBVA Compass. The restaurant is situated near an intersection adjacent to Starbucks and across from the Walmart Neighborhood Market and Publix.

Sales tax revenue from the new business will go toward Oak Mountain area schools due to the restaurant’s location within Indian Springs.

News of a Chipotle in Indian Springs comes after the announcement of a future location coming to Alabaster at The Shoppes at District 31 development and the opening of a new restaurant on U.S. 280 at Windsor Court in 2023.

Chipotle is an American fast casual restaurant chain known for its blend of southwest and Mexican dishes with tacos, burritos, salads, bowls and more.
