-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (government/public building). Damaged was an automobile; black Nissan Max valued at $500.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from Fulton Springs Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a front bumper of a Hyundai Sonata valued at $1,500.

-Retail theft 2nd degree and retail theft 3rd degree from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen was miscellaneous items and clothes/furs valued at $1,211.54.
-Property damage from the 2000 Block of Lonesome Hen Lane (residence/home). Damaged was a white garage door valued at $2,500.
-Information only (found property) from the 100 Block of Wilderness Lane (field/woods). Recovered was other; wallet with ID cards valued at $1.
-Alias warrant (criminal trespass 3rd) from the 200 Block of Walton Street, Montevallo.

Recovered was AR pistol; American Tactical, Amadeo Rossi, Glock 45 9mm, FN 502 22.LR, 9mm Win Luger bullet and bullet fragments valued at $0.

-Discharging firearms into occupied dwelling from the 1100 Block of King Arthur Court (residence/home). Damaged was a window/door/wall valued at $1. Recovered was a bullet fragment (collected).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 and Highway 26 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered were 10 orange oval shaped pills/possibly Adderall.
