-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was an iPhone 16 Max Pro; Apple valued at $1,200.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (government/public building). Damaged was an automobile; black Nissan Max valued at $500.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Fulton Springs Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a front bumper of a Hyundai Sonata valued at $1,500.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from County Road 95 at County Road 66 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a rear quarter panel of a beige Honda Accord valued at $3,000.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was merchandise valued at $94.78.

-Retail theft 2nd degree and retail theft 3rd degree from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen was miscellaneous items and clothes/furs valued at $1,211.54.

-Property damage from the 2000 Block of Lonesome Hen Lane (residence/home). Damaged was a white garage door valued at $2,500.

-Information only (found property) from the 100 Block of Wilderness Lane (field/woods). Recovered was other; wallet with ID cards valued at $1.

-Alias warrant (criminal trespass 3rd) from the 200 Block of Walton Street, Montevallo.

-Stolen property – RSP sale of stolen property, $1,500 or more from the 500 Block of 1st Street North (auto dealership new/used). Recovered was a passenger car; blue Honda Civic valued at $5,000.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 south mile marker 235 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Possession of marijuana first degree and possession of marijuana second degree from the 1000 Block of King Arthur Court (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was AR pistol; American Tactical, Amadeo Rossi, Glock 45 9mm, FN 502 22.LR, 9mm Win Luger bullet and bullet fragments valued at $0.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Mangrove Drive (residence/home).

-Discharging firearms into occupied dwelling from the 1100 Block of King Arthur Court (residence/home). Damaged was a window/door/wall valued at $1. Recovered was a bullet fragment (collected).

-Fraud – identity theft from the 100 Block of Blue Sky Lane (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a red left rear door valued at $11,000.

-Assault third degree from the 600 Block of Alton Drive (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 239 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 and Highway 26 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered were 10 orange oval shaped pills/possibly Adderall.
