Alabaster

Feb. 24

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 1000 Block of 1st Street South (convenience store). Stolen was a beef jerky stick valued at $1.

-Property damage from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Damaged was an automobile; gray Toyota RAV4 valued at $1.

-Property damage from the 600 Block of 1st Street North (restaurant). Damaged was a driver’s side front headlamp/fender; red Chevrolet Silverado and a structure – other commercial/business valued at $2.

-Information only from the 1800 Block of Woodbrook Circle (residence/home).

Feb. 25

-Alias warrant (theft of property 3rd) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Information only from the 1500 Block of Caribbean Circle (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital). Damaged was a driver door and front fender; silver Hyundai Santa Fe.

-Alias warrant/driving without obtaining a driver’s license and alias warrant/under the influence of alcohol from the 800 Block of Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (church/synagogue/temple/mosque). Damaged was an automobile; black Honda Civic valued at $500.

-Alias warrant/speeding from the 600 Block of 9th Avenue SW.

-Property damage from the 400 Block of Heathersage Road (residence/home). Damaged was a black mailbox valued at $100.

-Information only from the 200 Block of Red Bay Drive (residence/home).

Feb. 26

-Trespassing notice from the 1100 Block of 1st Street South (restaurant).

-Trespassing notice from the 1000 Block of 1st Street South (convenience store).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other/unknown). Stolen was merchandise; LE 180 IMP Weldpak valued at $1,049.

-Information only from the 9600 Block of Highway 17. Recovered were drugs/narcotics, drug/narcotic equipment; unloaded syringe with cap, jewelry/precious metals/gems; silver ring with possible diamonds, jewelry/precious metals/gems; cross neckless, purses/handbags/wallets; unknown type of blue purse, negotiable instruments; voided check and other; makeup box with self care items valued at $7.

-Failure to appear in court from the 2000 Block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 9000 Block of Highway 119 (other/unknown). Stolen was money valued at $1,297.78.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 100 Block of Willow Creek South Lane (residence/home).

Feb. 27

-Alias/failure to comply with court orders and capias/theft of property 3rd from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Larceny/theft – theft $500 or less from Highway 119 (department/discount store). Stolen was money – gas card valued at $39.46.

-Retail theft 2nd degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was merchandise; various items valued at $951.86.

-Property damage from the 1200 Block of Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a black Jeep Compass valued at $15,000.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a driver side rear quarter panel of a Black Pontiac Solstice GXP valued at $5,000.

-Animal complaint from the 100 Block of Winterhaven Drive.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 239 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a vehicle; black Nissan Altima.

-Harassing communications from the 0 Block of Mount Olive Road (residence/home).

March 1

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 237 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Property damage from the 7000 Block of Highway 119 (park/playground). Damaged was a silver Cadilac XTS Luxury.

-Theft of property from the 900 Block of Old Highway 31 (residence/home). Stolen was a Ring doorbell camera valued at $100.

-Animal complaint from the 100 Block of Warwick Circle.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was jewelry/precious metals/gems valued at $95.56.

-Property damage from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was an automobile; grey Lexus IS valued at $200.

-Property damage from the 2000 Block of Stadium Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a red Ford Explorer valued at $1.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 100 Block of Buck Creek Plaza (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and minor in consumption of alcohol from Butler Road and Highway 17 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

March 2

-Domestic incident from the 200 Block of Park Place Way.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass third degree from the 1100 Block of 1st Street South (parking lot/drop lot/garage; restaurant). Recovered was a glass pipe with burnt residue, glass crack pipe with residue and unknown crystal rock substance (1.1 grams).

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Total Solutions Way (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was an automobile; passenger mirror; blue Honda Insight and an automobile; passenger side door; blue Honda Insight valued at $2.

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) and capias warrant (theft of property 4th) from the 2000 Block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Harassing communications from the 200 Block of Jasmine Drive (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 500 Block of Highway 119 (other/unknown). Stolen was a license plate valued at $100.

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) from the 8300 Block of Highway 119 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a Taurus 9mm.

-Domestic incident from the 1600 Block of Caribbean Circle.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 100 Block of Industrial Road (department/discount store). Damaged were Apple iPods valued at $100.

-Property damage from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Damaged was a rear passenger door of a Ford F-250 valued at $1.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 0 Block of 7th Avenue SE.

-Property damage from the 2100 Block of Kent Dairy Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a driver’s side door to a silver Toyota Camry.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 7800 Block of Highway 17 (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road (convenience store). Stolen was money; cash valued at $600.

-Alias warrant (running red light) and alias warrant (lane change without proper signal) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital).

March 7

-Domestic violence – third degree harassment from the 800 Block of 3rd Avenue NW (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 1500 Block of 1st Street North (hotel/motel/etc). Damaged were three windows valued at $2,000.

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North. Damaged was to a red Nissan Rogue valued at $750.

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 1200 Block of 1st Street North (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital). Damaged was a business sign valued at $750.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 1200 Block of 1st Street North (commercial/office building). Damaged was a decorative items at building valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 1300 Block of 1st Street North (other/unknown). Damaged was a business window and camper window; Forest River valued at $1,250.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 1300 Block of 1st Street North (commercial/office building). Damaged was a car – taillight of a silver Mercedes SLK280 valued at $250.

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 1300 Block of 1st Street North. Damaged was an orange Dodge Charger valued at $750.

-Criminal mischief first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1400 Block of 1st Street North (auto dealership new/used). Damaged was a (new vehicle) puncture dent in the driver’s side door of a red Ford Explorer, (new vehicle) scratched passenger side from front to back of a black Ford F250, (new vehicle) rear passenger quarter scratched and tail lamp of a black Ford Expedition, (new vehicle) large puncture dent in the driver’s side of a white Ford Transit, (used) scratched hood and passenger side of a blue Ford Maverick, (used) scratched hood of a blue Toyota Tacoma and (used) scratched hood or a grey Ford F-150 valued at $16,000.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North. Damaged was a front and rear windshield busted, damaged passenger windows, damaged rear driver’s side window of a black Toyota RAV4 and paint and metal damage to the hood, driver’s side tail light and most of the passenger side of a green Toyota RAV 4 valued at $5,000.

-Criminal mischief first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 1300 Block of 1st Street North (service/gas station). Damaged were three computer hardware/software; gas pump screens valued at $7,500.

-Reckless endangerment from the 1700 Block of Woodbrook Trail (residence/home). Recovered was a pistol; Glock.

-Theft by deception from the 1200 Block of Sequoia Terrace (residence/home). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $30,562.52.

March 9

-Domestic violence – third degree (harassing communications) from the 400 Block of Sterling Park Circle (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 237 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Trespassing notice from the 500 Block of 1st Street SW.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less and trespassing notice from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was various merchandise items valued at $18.10. Recovered was 1.0 grams of Methamphetamine and two syringes.

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 100 Block of Simmsville Road (grocery/supermarket).

-Alias warrant – operating vehicle without insurance and alias warrant – driving while license suspended from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.
