The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments in Shelby County from March 23-April 1:

 

Alabaster

March 24

-Animal complaint from the 1700 Block of King Charles Court.

-Failure to comply with court orders and capias warrant (theft of property 4th) from the 1300 Block of Hueytown Drive, Hueytown (government/public building).

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 800 Block of Honeysuckle Lane (residence/home). Stolen was money valued at $8,300.

-Possession of a controlled substance (Meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. Highway 31 and 7th Avenue SE. Recovered was Methamphetamine, glass free base pipe, “Spice”, M.D.M., crack cocaine and marijuana.

-Theft of lost property 4th degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was credit/debit cars and purse/handbag/wallet valued at $20.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 241(highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

March 25

-Alias warrant (theft of property 4th) from the 300 Block of City Street, Clanton.

-Harassing communications from the 600 Block of Park Forest Lane (residence/home).

-Failure to appear – speeding 25 MPH over limit from Highway 119 and Kent Stone Way.

March 26

-Information only from the 100 Block of Mount Olive Road.

-FTA DUI – driving under the influence from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Information only from the 1500 Block of Simmsville Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Criminal mischief first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 500 Block of 1st Street North (commercial/office building). Damaged were two white bathroom sinks, two white bathroom toilets, two white rear entry doors, a white bathroom mirror, structures – other commercial/business (wall) and two red fire extinguishers valued at $2,925.

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 100 Block of Simmsville Road (grocery/supermarket).

-FTA – driving through barricade and FTA – failure to obey police/fireman from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Property damage from the 300 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Damaged was a rear passenger door of a gray Acura MDX valued at $1,000.

-Animal complaint from the 1400 Block of Queen Ann Circle.

-Violation of a court order – PFA from the 300 Block of Mardis Lane (residence/home).

March 27

-Alias warrant (FTA speeding 25 MPH over limit) from the 100 Block of Main Street, Trussville (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 500 Block of 1st Street SW (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a front bumper of a silver Honda Odyssey valued at $1,500.

-Driving under the influence – controlled substance from Highway 119 and 10th Avenue SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $106.79.

-Information only from the 10000 Block of Highway 119.

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Violation of a domestic violation protection order from the 200 Block of Cedar Meadow (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise items valued at $16.46.

-Alias/FTA – speeding from the 1600 Block of 26th Avenue, Tuscaloosa.

March 28

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a black Ford Mustang.

-Property damage from the 500 Block of 1st Street SW (grocery/supermarket). Damaged was a front quarter panel of a red Chevy Camaro valued at $1.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Buck Creek Plaza (bank/savings and loan). Damaged was a rear passenger window of a blue Toyota Prius 5 door Hybrid valued at $300.

-Harassing communications from the 9200 Block of Highway 119 (grocery/supermarket).

-Information only from the 200 Block of Park Place Way (residence/home). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $5,904.52.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Golden Meadows Drive (residence/home).

-Information only from the 800 Block of 3rd Street NE (residence/home).

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) and capias warrant (speeding 25 MPH over the limi) from the 9200 Block of Highway 119 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-FTA – improper window from the 30 Block of Philip Davis Street, Pelham.

-Public intoxication from the 100 Block of Sugar Hill Lane (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a tan Honda Accord EX.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Kensington Lane (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 31 and Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from 1st Street South and 7th Avenue SE (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Larceny/theft – theft – shoplifting, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was clothes/furs valued at $868.48.

March 30

-Disorderly conduct and public intoxication from the 1200 Block of 1st Street North (bar/night club).

-Alias warrant – failure to comply with court order and capias warrant – theft of property fourth from the 300 Block of City Street, Clanton (jail/prison/penitentiary/corrections facility).

-Missing person from the 1400 Block of Arrowhead Trail (hotel/motel/etc.).

-Domestic incident form the 1100 Block of Alabaster Boulevard (church/synagogue/temple/mosque).

-Domestic incident from the 200 Block of King James Court.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 239 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was automobile; red Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring valued at $1.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a Zaxbys Order #1 , Zaxbys order #2 and Zaxbys order #3 valued at $254.18.

March 29

-Use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from Montevallo (highway/street). Recovered was other Amphetamines/Methamphetamines 3.70 grams; 1 pink pill, Oxycodone 1.00 dosage/units; 3.7 grams of Methamphetamine and Benzodiapepines (Klonopin) 53 dosage/units valued at $3.

-Theft of property (motor vehicle) from Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a 2016 Kia Sorento valued at $15,000.

March 31

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from Montevallo (restaurant). Damaged was a backdoor deadbolt valued at $100.

-Property damage from Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged was a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe back left bumper damage and a 2005 Pontiac GTO right headlight and fender damage valued at $600.

April 1

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was United States currency valued at $5,000.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Montevallo (highway/street). Recovered was marijuana 3.23grams in a clear plastic baggy valued at $35.
