HELENA – Residents of Helena will have another option for coffee before they know it.

7 Brew, a drive-thru coffee stand brand that enthusiastically offers over 20,000 drink combinations, is in the process of nailing down a location on Helena Rd., across the street from Freddy’s.

“7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone,” read a post on 7 Brew’s official website. “We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it. The dream came alive with our first “stand” in Rogers, Arkansas and our seven original coffees.”

Getting its name from its original lineup of seven coffees, the first location opened in 2017 and the business began its expansion at the beginning of 2020 after coming under new ownership.

“7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand,” the same website post added. “It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink—through our service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere. It’s contagious and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”

In addition to its lineup of original flavors—blondie, brunette, smooth 7, white chocolate mocha, cinnamon roll, German chocolate and sweet and salty—7 Brew also offers a variety of other refreshments, including energy drinks, cold brews, teas, lemonades, smoothies, shakes, flavored sparkling waters and lattes.

7 Brew’s drive-thru model puts an emphasis on getting customers in and out as quickly as possible, while still providing a memorable customer service experience. Creating an account on 7 Brew’s mobile app can also help enhance a customer’s experience by allowing 7 Brew employees to access their order history, milk preferences, allergies and other important notes.

7 Brew would be the second coffee-focused drive-thru option for Helena residents, joining the town’s Dunkin’ location that opened for business in February 2022.

The Helena location will be the third 7 Brew to open in Shelby County, joining a store in Calera and a freshly-opened Alabaster site. Another location is approaching its grand opening in Chelsea.
