-Attempting to elude a law enforcement officer from 1st Street SW and 6th Avenue SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).
-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North (drug store/doctor’s office/hospital). Damaged was the vehicle body panels of a silver Honda Pilot valued at $1.
May 14
-Failure to comply with court orders from the 700 Block of Highway 31.
-Property damage from the 900 Block of Navajo Trails (residence/home). Damaged was a glass window pane valued at $100.
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 800 Block of Independence Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a gray Apple iPhone, Cash App card, EBT card and truck keys valued at $150.
-Alias warrant (operating without insurance) and alias warrant (DUI controlled substance) from Highway 280 at Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $36. Recovered was 30 grams of Fentanyl, 27.3 grams of Methamphetamine and white glass meth pipe.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was a Dewalt Miter Saw valued at $599.
