The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments in Shelby County from May 5-14:

 

Alabaster

May 5

-Harassment from the 100 Block of 1st Street North (specialty store).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered were consumable goods valued at $85.80.

-Possession of marijuana first degree fro the 100 Block of County Road 11 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was drugs/narcotics,, firearms; Browning .380 and marijuana ; 15.14 grams.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $53.79.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was a 50 inch TC; TCL valued at $218. Recovered were two cut straws with cocaine residue and marijuana 0.7 grams.

May 6

-Information only from the 1000 Block of Kent Dairy Road (residence/home).

-Alias warrant (disorderly conduct) and alias warrant (possession of marijuana 2nd) from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was radios.TVs/VCRs/DVD players; Onboard valued at $178.

-Fraud – identity theft from the 100 Block of Kentwood Drive (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 300 Block of 5th Avenue SE (church/synagogue/temple/mosque). Damaged were structures-storage valued at $2,000.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $350.67.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 Block of Woodbrook Circle.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 100 Block of 1st Street South. Stolen was a 2011 white enclosed trailer valued at $2,000.

May 7

-Domestic incident from the 600 Block of Barkley Circle.

-Information only from the 200 Block of 1st Street South (restaurant).

-Alias warrant – FTA speeding 25 MPH over limit from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Fraud – identity theft from the 600 Block of Barkley Circle (cyberspace).

-Theft of lost property 4th degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (service/gas station). Stolen was merchandise; black BEATS; Pro Studio valued at $300.

-Larceny/theft – theft – shoplifting, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered were two K9 Advantix medium valued at $32.96. Recovered was heroin; 0.5 grams and a blue straw.

-Capias warrant (expired tag) and speeding 25 MPH over limit) from Montevallo Road SW and Mayfield Avenue, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 1000 Block of 1st Street North (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a front passenger window of a gray Honda CRV valued at $500.

-Alias/criminal trespass 3rd and alias/attempting to elude law enforcement from the 4700 Block of Highway 78, Irondale.

May 8

-Information only form the 600 Block of 1st Street SW (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were 10 gift baskets; Bath and Body Works valued at $130.65.

May 9

-Harassment from the 100 Block of Mount Olive Road (residence/home).

-Information only from the 100 Block of Mount Olive Road.

-Trespassing notice and larceny/theft – theft – shoplifting, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered were eight miscellaneous merchandise valued at $115.

May 10

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Simmsville Road and 2nd Avenue SE (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Alias writ of arrest (expired tag) from the 2000 Block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Information only from the 900 Block of 5th Court SW.

-Domestic incident from the 200 Block of Jasmine Drive.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 238 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was an automobile; black Ford Escape valued at $1.

-Information only from the 1200 Block of Southwind Drive (residence/home).

-Information only from the 100 Block of Kensington Lane.

-Fraud – identity theft from the 1300 Block of Colonial Way (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – shoplifting, $500 or less form the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $26.86.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 900 Block of Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 Block of 1st Street SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a clear pipe containing burnt brillo.

May 11

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 100 Block of Peavine Street (residence/home). Damaged were identity documents – birth certificate.

-Domestic incident from the 200 Block of Lacey Avenue.

-Information only from the 200 Block of Maylene Lane (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – shoplifting, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was merchandise valued at $249.
