Pelham residents gather for Brews and Burgers at Ballantrae

PELHAM – A lively crowd filled the patio at Ballantrae Golf Club on Friday, June 20, for a night of sizzling burgers, cold brews and upbeat music during the latest installment of Brews and Burgers Night, one of Pelham’s most popular Friday events.

Held from 5 to 8:30 p.m., the evening gave residents a chance to unwind, enjoy a custom menu of specialty burgers and mingle with neighbors in a relaxed, scenic setting overlooking the golf course.

“This is our second time hosting Brews and Burgers,” said Hal Brown, the general manager of Ballantrae Golf Club. “We had a tremendous turnout for the first event. We hope to grow this event and other events we offer to the public.”

Guests were treated to an array of gourmet burger options, including a hot honey bacon gouda burger, a classic cheddar bacon burger and a rich swiss mushroom burger. Cold domestic and imported brews were available for purchase from the beverage cart on the patio, with the terrace offering extended Friday hours and the perfect place to kick back with friends.

“The DJ brings fun to a great event, allowing everyone to have a great time enjoying the outdoor views of the golf course,” Brown said. “It’s a great event for local residents to meet others in the community and enjoy the upgrades to the Ballantrae Clubhouse.”

In addition to great food and music, the event doubled as an opportunity to show off recent clubhouse renovations, continuing Ballantrae’s goal of becoming a central gathering space for Pelham residents.

With another strong turnout and plenty of flavor-packed fun, Brews and Burgers has quickly become a staple on the summer calendar — offering more than just a meal, but a full evening of community connection.
