Gabe’s opens location in Pelham

FROM STAFF REPORTS

PELHAM – Gabe’s, a chain of discount department stores with a range of products, held a grand opening for its newest location in Pelham on Saturday, April 5.

The new store is located at 3001 Pelham Parkway, replacing Old Time Pottery. Old Time Pottery is owned by Gabriel Brothers Inc, the parent company of Gabe’s.

“The transition from Old Time Pottery, also a part of the Gabe’s family, to a Gabe’s store has taken place over time as more Gabe’s products became available to OTP shoppers,” read a press release from Gabe’s. “This included an expanded selection of apparel, footwear, pet, pantry and more at up to 70 percent off department store prices.”

Founded in 1961 in Morgantown, West Virginia, abe’s offers shoppers top name brands and styles at discount prices, including fashion, footwear, home merchandise and beauty products.
