Hoover Belles start accepting applications

Young ladies interested in representing the City of Hoover as Hoover Belles are invited to apply for membership online.

The applications will be available from Oct. 13 to Nov. 15 on the City of Hoover’s site.

High school girls currently in their sophomore year who are residents of Hoover are encouraged to complete applications for this service organization.

Hoover Belles must be of exemplary character, have a pleasant personality, be continuously enrolled in school and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.  They serve a two-year term spanning their junior and senior high school years and must perform a minimum of 30 community service hours during their term.
