Missing Wilsonville girl found

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has safely located 15-year-old Destiny Lynn Lawson from Wilsonville. Lawson had been missing since Dec. 29 when she was last seen at her foster parents’ home in Wilsonville.

Sheriff Curry would like to thank everyone who helped in the effort to locate her, according to a press release issued by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the press release, Sheriff’s investigators will review the case and determine if any additional criminal charges should be pursued and any arrests will be released as soon as information is available.
