Published 8:07am Monday, September 3, 2012Owners Bill White and Jeff White were supported by family and Belle Foods of Hoover store associates, as well as the Greater Shelby County and Hoover Chambers of Commerce, as they celebrated the grand opening of their first store in Hoover with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
