-Cory Gage Scruggs, 21, Alabaster, domestic violence – third degree and criminal mischief third degree.

-Jeremy Blake Glenn, 36, Montevallo, possession of marijuana second degree.

-Nolan Lee Pluckett Jr., 45, Pensacola, Fla., possession of marijuana second degree.

-Harlan Taylor Jennings, 52, Lillian, unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

-David Allen Smith, 39, Molino, possession of marijuana second degree and drug paraphernalia – first offense.

-Deshun Obryan White, 24, Bessemer, possession of marijuana second degree.

-Courtney Lyne Johnson, 24, Thorsby, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

-Kam Paschel, 23, Helena, violation of court order by non-payment, three counts of capias warrant – driving while suspended, two counts of capias warrant – speeding and one count of capias warrant – switched tag.

-Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez-Garcia, 45, Helena, driving under the influence of alcohol.

-Jonathan Lane Jones, 21, Pelham, probation violation.

-Tyson Miller, 19, Alabaster, theft of property third degree.

-Cassey Leora Tully, 20, Calera, shoplifting.

-Mario Denard Kelley, 23, Alabaster, possession of dangerous drugs, using a false identity to obstruct justice and resisting arrest.

-Timothy Charles Fanning, 53, Alabaster, non-support child.

-Kara M. Smith, 33, Bessemer, warrant – possession of dangerous drugs – heroin, distribution of a controlled substance and failure to appear or comply.
