Vacant lots should be maintained

Dear Editor,

I would like to see something done about all the vacant lots in subdivisions that have been left and not maintained.

I live in Flagstone in Chelsea and there are several overgrown lots that are infested with snakes and rats. I personally have trapped over a dozen rats and three snakes.

I have contacted the city to no avail and the developer refuses to do anything.
