The Shelby County Wildcats travelled to Homewood to take on the Patriots in an AHSAA Class 5A Region 4 matchup. The end result was not what SCHS hoped for, as the Wildcats fell, 63-0.

The loss drops the squad to 1-7 on the season, and 1-5 in region play.

The Wildcats will travel to Sylacauga Oct. 25 to take on the Aggies in SCHS’s final region game of the season.
