NORTH SHELBY – The North Shelby Library will ring in National Poetry Month in April with a visit from a best-selling author of humorous poetry collections for children.

Alan Katz will discuss his favorite stories, songs and poems at the library on Monday, April 25 starting at 6 p.m. He will also sign copies of his books.

“It’s a book talk, but it’s great for families with kids,” Children’s Librarian Savannah Kitchens said. “It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
