Offense

QB: Neil Caudle (6’3, 190) Jr., Spain Park – The Jags’ quarterback threw for 1,532 yards and 14 touchdowns.

RB: A.J. Ward (6’0, 173) Jr., Montevallo – Lead the county with 1,559 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns.

RB: Juan Grier (5’10, 160) Sr., Chelsea – Rushed for 1,413 yards and 17 touchdowns.

WR: Montez Billings (6’3, 175) Sr., Pelham- Auburn commitment caught 40 passes for 601 yards.

WR: Brandon Burns (6’4, 215) Sr., Shelby County – Lead the county with 774 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.

OL: Scott Deaton (6’5, 270) Sr., Oak Mountain – Alabama commitment anchored a much-improved Eagles team.

OL: Landon Vickery (6’1, 275) Sr., Thompson – Paved the way for an explosive Warrior offense.

OL: Heath Pickett (6’2, 265) Sr., Montevallo – Big man opened holes for county’s leading rusher.

OL: Brian Huckestein (6’3, 287) Sr., Pelham – Huge left tackle helped pull together a downtrodden Panther team.

OL: Rick Paschal (5’11, 270) Sr., Thompson – With Paschal and Vickery on each end, Warrior’s offense flourished.

TE: Charles Hoke (6’7, 240) Sr., Briarwood – Alabama commitment caught 40 passes for 492 yards.

K: Jordan Means (6’0, 165) So., Pelham – Kicker slowly moving toward former Pelham kicker Michael Proctor’s record.

Defense

DL: Michael Adams (6’5, 218) Sr., Pelham – Lone senior on the defensive line came up big for the Panthers.

DL: Andrew McCain (6’6, 260) Sr., Briarwood – Auburn commitment anchored the Lion’s line with speed and size.

DL: Matt Vick (6’3, 250) Jr., Shelby County- Big lineman helped Wildcats make first Class 5A playoff appearance.

DL: Jerrod Datcher (5’11, 195) Sr., Vincent – Quick defensive end had 85 tackles for the Yellow Jackets.

LB: Marc Lemley (5’9, 170) Sr., Shelby County – Linebacker made up for a lack of size with 112 tackles.

LB: Brian Fulgham (6’0, 219) Jr., Montevallo – Brother of former Alabama star had 111 tackles for the Bulldogs.

LB: Lakin Spinks (6’4, 190) Jr., Kingwood – County’s leading tackler had 123 tackles, five sacks and one interception.

LB: Paul Delbridge (5’10, 198) Sr., Calera – Linebacker came up big with 82 tackles and one interception.

DB: Tyler Grisham (6’0, 185) Sr., Spain Park – Clemson commitment was also Jags leading receiver.

DB: David Lacey (5’10, 165) Sr., Calera – Hard-nosed senior was also the Eagles leading rusher.

DB: Andy Davis (6’0, 195) Jr., Briarwood – Free safety was so good that he got to wear Tim Castille’s old No.19 jersey.

P: Daniel Dempsey (6’0, 190) Sr., Chelsea – All-around player kept opposing offenses in the shadow of their own end zone.
