Mary Kate Allen, 85, of Montevallo died Monday, June 6, 2005, at home.
She is survived by her daughter, Gertrude (Hugh) White of Montevallo; three grandchildren, Gary White, Lamar White and Cary White; and four great-grandchildren, Ashley White Graham, Katie White, Brianna White and Jesse White.
Graveside service was June 8 at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Cemetery in Pea Ridge, the Rev. David Reed presiding and Rockco’s Funeral Home directing.

Richard Atkins, 50, of Columbiana died Wednesday, June 8, 2005, in a local hospital. He was born April 1, 1955, in Virginia. He worked as a machinist at Tool and Dye.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Atkins; his sisters, Christine Gutierrez and Lela Carlile; his brothers, David A. Atkins, Jack E. Atkins, Robert S. Atkins and Jerry Shelton; nieces, Sara K. Carlile, Amber L. Atkins, Mary Caroline Atkins and Brandi Atkins; nephews, Jeffery Atkins, Brian Atkins, Charlie Carlile and Peter Atkins; and numerous other family members and friends.
Service was June 10 at 11 a.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with burial following in Columbiana City Cemetery, Bolton-Letlow directing.

Irene McElroy Frederick, 94, of Brierfield died Sunday, June 12, 2005, in Alabaster.
Service was June 14 at Rockco’s Funeral Home Chapel in Montevallo, the Revs. Jim Parker and Steve Headrick presiding. Burial followed in Ashby Cemetery in Brierfield.

The Rev. Ralph Eugene Jones, 70, of Clanton died Friday, June 10, 2005, at Chilton Medical Center. He was born June 28, 1934, in Chilton County to the late Newbern Amos Jones and Gertie Irene Wilson Jones. He was a Baptist minister.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian Sanders Jones of Clanton; his son, the Rev. David R. (Carla) Jones of Attalla; his daughter, Janet (Mike) Holsenback of Clanton; his mother, Gertie Jones of Columbiana; three stepsons, Ralph Sanders of Clanton, Billy Joe Sanders of Clanton and Jeff Sanders of Clanton; his stepdaughter, Dianne Varden of Clanton; his brother, Morris Jones of Shelby; three grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Service was June 13 at 11 a.m. at Bell Lane Baptist Church, the Revs. Randy Billingsley, Roland Davis, Dr. Larry Felkins and the Rev. Charles Christmas presiding. Burial followed at Liberty Hill Baptist Cemetery in Clanton, Martin Funeral Home directing.

Bertha Louise Moon, 84, of Columbiana died Saturday, June 11, 2005, at a local care facility. She was born Aug. 31, 1920, in Wilsonville and was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Columbiana, where she worked in the nursery providing childcare.
She is survived by one daughter, Jeanette Hutchison of Montevallo; two sons, George W. (Nancy) Moore of Maryville, Tenn., and James W. (Elaine) Moore of Columbiana; one sister, Lucille (C.T.) Dover of Rockford, Ill.; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Service was June 14 at Bolton-Letlow Chapel, the Revs. Mike Miller and Don Cross presiding. Burial followed in Columbiana City Cemetery, Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directing.

Lenora &uot;Tiny&uot; Cunningham Osborn, 66, of Granbury, Texas, died Friday, June 10, 2005, at home. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who lived a life of service to Christ. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John and Bill Cunningham.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Osborn of Granbury, Texas; her son, Kirk (Lujan) Osborn of Denver, Colo.; her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Hamm of Alabaster, Irma Morgan of Italy, Texas, and Doris Edwards of Dallas, Texas; her brother, J.K. &uot;Jr.&uot; Cunningham of Montevallo; and two grandchildren, Nick Osborn and Tommy Osborn.
Graveside service was June 13 at 2 p.m. at Montevallo Cemetery, the Rev. Mike Ratliff presiding and Rockco’s Funeral Home directing.

Lois Roper, 86, of Wilsonville died Thursday, June 9, 2005, at a local nursing home. She was born Dec. 15, 1918, in Wilsonville. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and a member of Fourmile Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, James (Pat) Roper and Harold (Anita) Roper; and her grandchildren, Max (Evie) Roper, Jim Roper, Traci Clark and Kelli Roper.
Service was June 11 at Fourmile Baptist Church, the Rev. Gary Jones and Joe Stone presiding. Burial followed in Fourmile Cemetery, Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home directing.
